This is not a corporate store it's a sub store. So the selection is not large. Mostly apple.

Russell Cellular is as unreliable as they come. My wife went into their store to get a new screen protector for her 13 ProMax and they put on one for a 15 ProMax. Once we discovered what they did, we went back to get it exchanged. They owned up to their mistake and “supposedly” ordered a new once since they didn’t have any in stock. This has been a month now and we’re still waiting. We’ve called the store multiple times and finally had to call the main Verizon to plead for help. They got a hold of the manager who stated that there was a shortage at their warehouse and once it arrives they would call us. So still no time frame on what should be an easy replacement. Thanks a lot!

As difficult as it was and should not have been, Savanah was persistent at every challenge in getting my service switched from previous provider to Verizon. Outstanding service with a smile.

The customer service was great, but the phone selection was lacking. I was actually looking for an I-phone, but none in stock. I got a SAMSUNG which was fine because I needed a phone, but if I were picky I wouldn't have bought a phone there.

Finally had to get a new phone. Wasn't happy about it at all. Daniel was patient in spite of my rotten attitude and really helped me choose a great phone. Say what you will about small towns lacking top-notch resource, but Isabel and Daniel are top shelf reps for Verizon
