He was so compassionate, kind and understanding about her condition that he not only treated her as if she was one of his own loved ones but treated us as if we were part family. He took so much time with us in explaining what was wrong after the X-rays and she wasn't going to live much longer and it was time for her to go. Minnie Pearl was treated with so much kindness and empathy. It wasn't an easy decision for us but we knew she'd been suffering for some time and we couldn't let her suffer any longer.
