“I was driving home at night when I ran over an animal. I was able to drive my vehicle into Leo's shop late at night. I left my car there and had someone pick me up. Leo fixed my vehicle and provided pictures for my claim. He was patient and gave me all the time I needed to pick up my vehicle. He charged me a fair price and I was happy with his service. “My college-age daughter’s car broke down just outside of George West, TX on a Sunday while she was halfway through a six-hour solo drive. It was a scary experience, especially since we didn’t know anyone in the area. Roadside assistance recommended this shop and I’m so glad they did.
Even though the shop was closed, the owner, Romel, answered our call on Sunday and spoke with us to understand what was going on and told us he'd get right on it the next day. This helped put our minds at ease. The next morning, they diagnosed the issue first thing. It was a fuel pump issue and they were able to repair it that same day. Romel communicated with me via text to give me updates, which was helpful while i juggled my day job.
We were able to pick up the car and talk to the mechanic, Jeremy, the following morning. He gave us a good run down on the issue and how he fixed it. The car ran great on the drive home. I'd also say that the cost of the repair was very reasonable when I compared it to a range of costs on google. In a stressful situation far from home, Romel and Jeremy really delivered for us.
