Depends on who's helping you. Bought some Blue Devil head gasket sealer and guy told us it was "snake oil" and doesn't work. Fixed the blown head gasket just fine. Then refused to give us money back on a bad part. We had receipt. Claimed manager does not allow cash refunds, even though we paid in cash. Went back next day and got out money back, no problem, with diff cashier.

Use only as a last resort. Manager is completely incompetent staff is constantly belittled. Store has cobwebs in corners and in complete disarray

Went in 6 different times because they kept giving me the wrong part. After the second time in there the girl had a very negative attitude and was extremely rude.
