Such wonderful and professional service. So glad we chose A Plus Cremation to take care of our baby Toast. They stayed in contact with us through the entire process. The owner delivered her to our home and it was so sweet of him to bring her back home to us personally. They picked her up and called to let us know that Toast was being handled with all the care and respect she could get after her passing. They let us know she arrived safely and where she was being stored. I was not expecting this kind of service. You can tell they love what they do for our fur babies. Can’t express enough gratitude for A Plus Cremation.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the compassionate and professional service provided by A Plus Cremation Of Texas. During such a difficult time, their team was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They walked us through every step of the process with empathy and were always available to answer any questions. The staff was not only friendly but also went above and beyond to make sure our family felt supported. Their respect for our family brought great comfort during a time of loss. Our dog passed away over night and was recommended this place so with no where to turn I gave them a call, super nice people and amazing service. They came out that same day and pick up our baby and even brought him back a few days later, the box is lovely and they gave us extra things to remember him by. They made the process effortless and least stressful as possible after going though the death. I will definitely be recommending them and going back in the future 10/10 for me

As horrible as it’s been dealing with the passing of my grandfather, I’m thankful for A Plus Cremation. The process from beginning to end was seamless and required little effort on my part. During difficult times like this, it’s good to know that there are businesses out there who do their job with dignity and respect. The communication from Chris (the owner) was superb, as he kept me in the loop during the whole process and answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend A Plus Cremation.

Chris has been wonderful. Kind, compassionate and very helpful, even with later deaths in the family in other cities. I cannot recommend him and his services highly enough. Please go nowhere else for the care of your loved one who has passed.

First time using this company. Our dog passed in the middle of the night. We called and Ben was sent and came to get Stryker, within an hour. Very fast. Ben was very professional and very courteous. As a whole the process was very quick, and very easy. Within less than a week our loved ones ashes were back home. In a gorgeous box, with a paw print, and certificate along with a nice bag to hold all the items together. Great customer service and quality, very good at staying in contact and helping walk through the services. If I need to use this type of service again, I will use this one! And definitely recommend to anyone needing services like these. Thanks so much!

This place is amazing! My poor baby dog Ari got murdered by my neighbor. He shot her 6 times. Our life got turned upside down. We never been through this or know what to do. The cops were involved we had to wait to get her body because it was a crime scene. When we were able to get her body we were " what do we do" So the morning I called around several places and no help. So I called A Plus Cremation and Chris the owner. Was Don't worry I'm sending someone right now to get her and I will work with you!! Just like that. My heart and family so great full for this place. They help us so much. And now she home with us!! I give them 10 starts!! If I could. Please if you needing cremation. Come here they will take good care of you!!
