Terry West is not very dependable. My 90 year old mother lives in Manor, and has been trying to get someone to her house to break up all the solidified potassium in her water softener. She can't use salt because her doctor cautioned against it. Terry said he would be by her house on his way out to Elgin the other day, and never showed. She waited around for hours for him to show up, not wanting to move away from the phone, even though she had grocery shopping to do, mail to get, outside cats to feed, etc. Not fun when you're that old. Don't call unless you want to be left waiting around for a long time. A+ is a misnomer. More like a D or an F, based on service. Amazing how the 2 other reviews for this place are from Yelpers with no other reviews, no profile pictures, or anything else. I smell a rat.

This company responded fast and fixed my problem quick .Very good service. And you get to talk to a live person. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended .Happy Customer In Georgetown Texas

Very unreliable business. I tried not once but twice, to set-up an appointment to test our water and evaluated water softener system. Had an agreement on date and time frames. Both times I was stood-up without even a professional courtesy of a phone call. Nothing, Nada. I can understand a miscommunication once. But twice?? If this is the example of their customer service, proceed at your peril. I certainly will not do business with them.

I have a Hague water conditioner, so I went to their website to find someone to service it. The website gave me Amazing Water in Austin. They were trying to sell me a whole new system and wouldn't repair the one I had. The same thing happened when I called Kinsey plumbing. A+ Water Conditioning, rolled in like a rock star and had my water conditioner fixed and operational in a half hour. You guys are the best.

We bought an R.O. water system from A Plus two years ago and we are still loving it. We've had it routinely serviced (replacing the filters) and I've only had one time where I had to leave a message. I called back the next day and the owner answered and scheduled my service and then came out the next business day. He is very knowledgeable about the products and which system fit our home the best. I am not being paid in any way to write this review, I just saw some of the other reviews and felt the need to share my positive experience. :)

They are so hard to get hold off. No one answers the phone even during regular business hours. And, they don't have voice mail box. Pretty unprofessional. Gave them one star because there is no zero star.

In 2002 I had a Hague system put in my home by an out fit with the same address, I I assumed it was the same company. The system lasted 15 years and was great. This year, 2017, I had a leak. It was under limited warranty so I contacted A+. On the 23 of June a tech came out and diagnosed that my tank was cracked and it would take a week to get the part in. I paid for an hour of labor and said the freight charge and labor would be mine to pay. No issues with any of that. A week later, I called the tech and ask if we are still on. He responded that the replacement tank had not yet arrived. So, I waited another week, and again, called the tech to find out if we were still on. This time he said the replacement arrived defective, and it would be another week. In both cases, I was not contacted by the tech, but had to call him only to hear the bad news after setting time aside for the service. At this point I was convinced that this was not my best route. I decided to replace the unit with a more modern system from another company. The issue in my case wasn't the money, I spent much more on the new system. The customer service was my primary reason for avoiding A+.

Horrible customer service ! Called to make an appt. on a Monday, they said someone would be out SOMETIME Tuesday, no one showed up and I wasted my day. I called back the next day and the man said he forgot to give work order to the tech, so he'd have someone out that afternoon. Well, a 2nd no show and a 2nd day wasted on this company. I guess since we didn't have them install our unit, (the prior owners of the house did) he didn't feel any reason to work with us, as unknown customers. Unfortunately, they are the only outfit in Georgetown that works with Hague water softeners. Lesson here, don't let them install, they might not come back to service and you're left with no one local to help !

We bought a Hague water softener from A Plus about 5 years ago. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The unit itself has been awesome and I highly recommend it Refilling the salt tank is easy and other than that there is no real maintenance.
