Rachel was very helpful and pleasant in the process of us deciding which size unit to choose. She described the things that could fit in a particular size and then She even brought us to give us a visual and to actually see the difference in the spaces. This was immensely helpful!

Great experience getting a unit here! The gal was up front about the significant price increase after 3 months if we took the deal that was being offered. She helped us find what was the best way to go with what we needed. We really appreciated her explaining everything to us before we signed. We got a unit a few years ago at another Extra Space Storage facility and they did not tell us about the increase. We were in the middle of a very hectic messy remediation at our house when we got the notice of the increase in the mail. We couldn't just empty the unit so we ended up downsizing to a little smaller unit and bringing some stuff back to our garage to keep from paying the $50 or so increase. Who needs surprises and games like that? From now on we'll be using this location at Inner Loop instead of the other one on Williams Drive. Their honesty and openness was really appreciated :)

Mike was the best. I was having trouble understanding the 800 phone site but it finally put me in touch with my local ES man Mike. And save the day he did! Got me set up with another storage unit in the town we are moving to. Much praise and appreciation Mike for the type of customer service most companies have seemed to forget. I am a customer for life!

So far excellent experience and it’s only the first day!! Krista made everything so easy and she was super informative. She let us view the unit first before committing and she was incredibly cheerful the entire time. 10/10 recommend this place, clean environment, organized, and Krista the store manager is super kind and pleasant to be around.
