RUN!!!! I would definitely go a different route for storage unit places! They say first month free but after all the fees and paying for a lock you are definitely paying first months rent that way. I got at 8 x10 not climate control. BEWARE the units most definitely leak. I had to throw away atleast $500 worth of items and memories because they were molded. I have had many storage units outside and never had the issue. When approached management all they could assist me was with a pamphlet to file a claim. And didn’t seem to care much about lost items. They’re just there to collect a rent payment.
Second warning! If you are moving and use a POD Container don’t expect it to be anywhere near your unit or get movers. My unit was half a football field away from where I was allowed to place the POD. That may not seem far, but if you have a lot of heavy items after a few trips, it seems a lot further.
Value your customers and their items they trust within your establishment.
