I have purchased many things at this store and have been super happy every time! The ladies and delivery guys are all super nice and professional! I had a washer/dryer set that ended up being a bad set and they replaced them within a few days and I was able to even upgrade to a better set for a great price! Their furniture is high quality and mine still looks brand new! I pay online monthly and if I am ever late I just call them and they approve it and no hassle to call me about it! Just communicate with them and they will be happy to help you! Really appreciate y'all!!!

I have previously had issues with the store on North Lamar, and I was just about to give up when I decided to reach out to the Georgetown store. The store manager there was amazing she listened to all my concerns and addressed them, and she kept all her promises when reaching out to me. She made me feel very confident and comfortable leasing through her store. I give it five stars because of her.

we rented furniture to use due to house fire and were surprised by the amount of paperwork . The agent Marybell, was great and made sure the furniture was delivered to our rental house on 27 Mar. We received a call on the 16th of Apr telling use our payment was late and that payments must be made on the 1st or the 15th of each month even though we hadn't had it a month yet. Not happy about that kind of notification. With all the info they required they didn't bother to tell us . We had not received an email or bill.

Aaron's in Georgetown is the ABSOLUTE worst. They don't even deserve 1 star. If you miss even one payment they will start harassing you and any of your references relentlessly until they get their money. They went as far as finding one of my reference's mom and calling her, and when I confronted someone at the store about it I was lied to! The furniture is cheaply made and doesn't even last the duration of your lease without something messing up. We even asked them to come and fix our recliner and that never happened. Stay as far away from this store as possible.

Marissa is a true asset to Aaron's! She made sure that we were taken care of and all of our questions were answered. We had an AWFUL experience at a different location, and managed to get in touch with Marissa, and made sure that we had the most amazing experience! She is a true customer service expert!

I went to Aaron's to get furniture for my new apartment. Despite my worries about cost the staff helped me find a great bedroom and living room set!The movers Rex and Dustin were super professional, quick, and very friendly!So many folks made this portion of my move stress free...I will definitely be returning to shop there again!

I’ve done plenty of business with them. Never disappointed. Go with the 12 month payment plan if you can afford it though. You’ll save money that way.
