Even though I hadn't been there in several years Miss Reyes was very helpful and polite. She went way out of her way to suggest other ways to help me trying to get a loan. And even though I wasn't able to in the ways that she suggested. I will go back once I have a current ID available. She was very polite courteous and even called me back when she was swamped and listen to me and my concerns of why my loans weren't approved. She even went and checked on one loan to see what the cause was or the reason was and relayed that back to me. And she called me back as soon as possible after she got unswamped with clients going inside the store. And I really appreciate management or an employee who goes beyond and above to help out a potential client.

Denise and Angel are wonderful humans who deserve a raise at the minimum. They are always so helpful, polite, and concerned for me and my well being as a person not just a transaction in their system. I have used their loan service for a while and am always pleased with the customer service. I’m not normally one to be happy about paying bills but they make it a great experience even though when people see them it’s because life is hard.Thank you Denise and Angel for being wonderful humans and having a wonderful attitude. It’s so appreciated in times of stress.
