Honestly, this is highly unacceptable ,I called about the most simplest thing,which to look up my purchase history for my battery! The gentleman was unable to accomplish this task!....highly unprofessional being unprepared, not taking care of the customer.I told to call back twice .....Fellas we got to do better!! A die hard battery I bought there died, hard. The progress for getting a warranty replacement was super easy even though I didn't have the receipt, just the sticker on the battery. I guess I will keep getting my batteries there! Special thanks to the guy at the counter who could tell at a glance that the battery was dead and who knew exactly how to get the paperwork sorted quickly and easily. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes.

Ive been to this location a few times, the staff has always been super friendly and knowledgeable.However, Went to purchase a battery from Rolando, he pitched the most expensive battery's and when I asked for the cheap one, he seemed annoyed and then dragged the cheap battery from the back dated from 2020? Maybe he was trying to help, but his demeanor said otherwise.What Rolando does not realize is ive been working in Auto Shops for over 20 years. Not only do I have an extensive knowledge on batteries ranging from deep cycle to agm, I have also carried out hundreds of warranty claims on batteries for my customers. One thing ive learned is that low-cost batteries usually deliver performance that is nearly on par with their higher-priced counterparts. From Red tops to "never starts". I find what actually fails battery's most is quick temperature changes during season change (hot to cold), an overcharging alternator (too high of voltage(2010+ modern vehicles), quickly recognized when you see high amounts of corrosion on the terminals from overcharging, heavy vibration, and or high resistance due to corroded cables. On My vehicle I had already upgraded my cables, replaced the alternator, performed a parasitic draw test and cleaned the terminals, which lasted about 2 months, but the battery finally let me down with a bad cell. (12.1 volts) but wouldn't start the jeep without a jump. Anyways, Went down the road to O... O... OR... well you know. The team member Wesley tested it, said it had a bad cell as I suspected. They got me the cheapo battery in less than 2 minutes and I was on my way. Hoping this was an isolated experience but still felt it warranted some feedback. If what Rolando is saying is true about your "cheap" and "dated" batteries it may be worth exploring other viable options for your customers. He may be frustrated he can only offer expensive options for the customers.I left a 5 star review for the guys down the street. Pics below are of my 20 year old jeep after I cleaned it up and replaced all the electrical components.

I had worked a 12 hour shift on the day I had Advance Auto Parts test my car battery. The shop was scheduled to close at 9pm, my drive from my 8am to 8:00pm work sight had me at the store around 8:20 pm. I was helped but was advised that any battery required would not be installed that night. Understood. Courtesy with service tho thankfully I was able to start my car the following day to get a new battery at the car dealership. Problem solved.

Worst location in the entire area customer service wise....do yourself a favor and go to the University ave location if you are in Georgetown.

False advertisement when they say Free Battery Testing and Installation. When they say installation, it has to be the most basic battery install. My Chrysler Pacifica has an auxiliary battery right next to the main battery and because of this, they will not install a new main battery.
