Very little selection, produce section is awful (looksold, picked over). They charge you for the paper bags your groceries go into. Looks like a cross between a mini Sam's club and convenience store. May or may not have what you are looking for. Will not be back.

Great prices on basic items. My only complaint is they haven't had ground lamb the last couple of times I've been, and thats usually an Aldi "must have" every trip.

I am a fan of Aldi. They stock some unique items that I'll later see in the gourmet section of a store, but for much higher costs. Some items are worth to get, like mangoes and avocados, which others, like some bread, you can skip. I scour for value and tastebud satisfaction. Their brand of deli cheese are always a hit with the entire household. Sometimes there's one cashier, sometimes multiple. It's just part of their game. I love the gems I find here, especially german chocolate after the holidays. And you can be sure to purchase duck here during the fall time.

Solid new Aldi super clean and new. Good variety of Aldi brands and some national. We used to shop at Aldi a lot in Illinois so it's good to see one close by. Parking lot is easy if you know the back way. Can't believe aomeone complained about the carts, you know you get your quarter back right?

I applied at the Georgetown Tx location. I heard nothing back. I call the store, but the phone number is private. I checked on line to see if I can chat with someone. Got no where.Question is, do I go over there? Just looking for a answer.

I love Aldi. I like this one in particular because of the convenience of the location. It's not too big nor is it too small. I love the prices of the food. I can afford to eat.

While I love shopping at Aldi i'm annoyed. I purchased two cold cuts and was charged for three. The location was packed, the lines were long and the staff scrambled to open an additional register, which was great, but i'm out $4.00 for a cold cut I don't have.Pay attention to your receipts.

I don't get the reason for this store. It looks like a cross between Costco and a Mini-Mart. There is no customer service to speak of – phasing out plastic bags and not having someone to bag groceries are non-starters for us. The selection is small, so like shopping at a small hardware store, they just might not have what you need, so you have to go to the real supermarket anyway. It kinda looks like what my garage would look like if I started selling food out of overstock boxes. Finally, the place is full of signs about "sustainability" and enviro-consciousness and stuff. Big deal. I don't go to a supermarket to buy a philosophy. I go to find what I need at a decent price and not walk away without what I need or get zero customer service. I know a lot of people like it. Fine. I have been twice and will only ever shop there as a last resort.

This place needs to get the hell out of Georgetown. They charge to use a damn shopping cart, and for plastic bags. Crooked people need to leave. Unbelievable. NONE OF THE OTHER STORES IN GEORGETOWN CHARGE FOR ANYTHING. It's an outrage. I went to grab a quick snack, and while trying to grab a locked shopping cart, a lady said don't pay for another one, giving me hers and stating those Aldi folks are just a rip off.

Love Aldi Stores! Always clean and well stocked. Very good selection of food. The prices are well below local retail chain store.

Some of the reviews on here are pathetic; people here love to hate on cali but not once when I lived there did I ever deal with the amount of hateful nitpicking and Karen esque behavior that I have here in TX.So onto the business. Aldi is a discount store headquartered in Germany. There's a reason why Germany is just better than us in most things.I do wish they had a location closer to Cedar Park, but for now I drive about a half hour both ways. They're never picked over on the good stuff and have a great collection of items. Of course if you go during peak times they're going to be busy, that's common sense. Not to mention HEB is ALWAYS so much worse. Also them only having 2 employees in the store and them being a German company is the reason they aren't charging $8 for eggs like their competitors, but feel free to go get price gouged because your mom never made you wait on anything. If you can afford that you don't need to be here anyway. As for the comment below on Fremont fish: no they're not based in China and no they don't import from China. Aldi gets a lot of their FRESH SALMON from China because they have been depleted in the wild and would go extinct if we continue to hunt them. Fremont are both wild caught and farmed here in the US with much higher standards than our FDA requires(ironically, China has the same standards we do. There's just more competition there which lowers prices. Gotta love basic economics we should have all learned in middle school but didn't because Texas loves to keep us ignorant :)The rant that follows from that individual just reeks of racism, take of that what you will.Anyways if you're a hardcore right wing prepper with zero common sense who also hates LGBT people(aldi is German. They're not homophobic and never will be) then stay far away from aldi. We're happy to have the store to ourselvesHowever if you're not an absolute Karen: the store is clean, produce is fresh, items are fairly priced and employees are both kind and helpful. They were one of the first in the fight for 15 and treat their employees amazing. Bathrooms are clean and efficient with no line. If you don't want to shop in store you can have it delivered with Instacart.parking lot is great with plenty of parking and several ways out(including my favorite, one that goes to another parking lot so I can avoid a little bit of the main road. Gotta love Texas drivers)The feel when shopping here vs HEB is the same way I feel when shopping at target vs Walmart; I'm less stressed, it's quieter, and it's just a better experience overall I'm also a health/fitness minded person and a mom so it's important to be able to find healthy, protein rich snacks that don't taste like cardboard and bulk items for the kiddos. I'm also a wine lover and many of the wines I've bought from aldi have rivaled wines I've bought at quadruple the price. Just wish Texas would stop letting liquor stores lobby them into keeping prohibition laws so I could buy spirits here too. Overall aldi brings a little bit of the Californian/European spirit to the grocery game and is clearly something Texas needs. Now if only their competitors could even come close to being as great.

I enjoy shopping here but they really need to find an option for the carts and quarters. Sometimes I literally do not have a quarter in my wallet or I haven't been sure if I had a quarter in my wallet so I either leave or another customer realizes I'm digging through my purse for a quarter and they simply give me theirs. Most of the time, shopping at Aldi is a spur of the moment decision for me. I just think they could be losing out on someone buying a cart full of groceries by not having another option.

I’m vegan and my partner has a gluten intolerance. Aldi has lots of options that fit our diets for a way better price than anywhere else. Everyone who works there is also super nice. We barely shop anywhere else because it has almost everything we need :)I love that they have low lighting and no music, so it’s less overwhelming than other storesThey only have one or two options for each type of product instead of a million brands. If you’re used to more options it might feel restricting but I like it better that way. The products they have for each category are usually really good. It reduces time in the store and choices to make

I love Aldi's and I accidentally forgot my blanket. For my trip down to Round Rock Texas. ItAldi's had a nice blanket for $14.99 and 2 pack Nice comfortable leggings for $9.99. Warmed me up fast.Note to the modest women when buying leggings."Make sure to buy one or two sizes larger". (I wear a medium size. So I got a large.) Now the tight material one size fits All ? I do the extra large ones esp .I use that as a rule of thumb on all my outer clothes... I like layering. I don't worry about the styles I get a large or extra large top. The length covers the leggings and I can feel warm yet not risque. ) I am 64 1/2 I haven't worn trends since LHS77. I really like wearing Fluffy Sweaters or nice Sweatshirts. They're great for 3 seasons. I layer and take off a layer prn ... I changed outfitsI refreshed myself with clean clothes on for day 2. of The Bible Conference with Kevin and Kathy Zadai 'Warrior Notes SPIRIT School' This time was the start of Prayer School. So Grateful ? 'Stay in the WORD' Aloud 'Pray the WORD' Aloud 'Stay the Course'WORD prayers we've done since Single 40+ yearsConfirmed again with Beth Moore book (when My3Sons were young.) .We learnt modesty dressing esp in the cold when camping with our survival skills on Girl Scout camping trips. (Mint Cookies were $0.50 a box. Peanut butter cookies and shortbreads all $0.50We went door to door with one of my parent's as chaperone on the sidewalks )Anyway all Aldi's have always treated me nice.I figure give them KINDNESS (you have no idea what is going on in their lives.I also like to tip them there when I can... it's a #WWJD thing Do what JESUS would do . In fact I am going to start getting a gift card to give out when they aren't allowed tips. I have also been know to drop money and suggest they found it. Not a tip found money.By the way Thank You Aldi's for allowing a tip to the cashier. (I never tip without letting someone else know. I usually tip the Mgr too so the cashier gets to keep a dollar ? or 2.)i.e. FRUIT of the SPIRIT Gal 5 KINDNESS try it you'll like it.I really like Their fruits and veggies are delicious.I really like their Pizzas too. My monthly splurge (my old Aldi's was precinct line Before Harwood. ? I no longer live in Hurst. It's still my favorite layout thoughMy usual Aldi's are on my way home from work In Saginaw just off Saginaw MainMy Legally Blind boss loves Aldi's fresh fruits and veggies plus Good eggs .I sometimes use off Industrial Blvd off 183 in Euless. This is one the the cleanest, nicest Aldi I have ever been to. On a Wednesday at noon they were fully stocked with all the promotional weekly items. Checkout was fast and friendly. The bathroom was not hospital-level clean but more what you would expect from a grocery store, but still all I needed. Also, can Trader Joe's study how Aldi creates a parking lot? Because Aldi actually understands how cars work.
