My experience started off great with this company, Rick and Greg were top notch and very courteous and professional. My company purchased $2,000 worth of radios to put on their 800 MHz Mototrbo system.When we took them over for programming we started to deal with Dave. Dave was very rude from the get go, acted as if we were wasting his time. Dave informed me that the radios could need an additional $150 a piece worth of programming to be able to function on their system, at 15 radios this could be very costly. I asked for an update as soon as he could. I was in the area for business two days later and stopped in to check on the radios and get an estimate on additional cost, again Dave did not want to be bothered, I asked him to please get an idea of how things were going as I was very concerned about the cost. Dave again got an attitude, walked in the back and slammed the door.I then asked to speak to Rick, the owner. Rick came out and stated to me that the radios would be finished when they were finished and I was not to come to the store without calling. I could NOT come to their business store front without calling?! Needless to say that made me realize these are not the kind of people we want to do business with, especially during a long term radio contract.Its quite a shame that an owner would rather not discipline an unprofessional employee instead of losing business.

This Motorola radio dealer is a family owned, faith based company that really cares about it's customers. They were the only dealer in my area that would help us get the equipment we need. Highly recommended for new radios and rental options.
