I would give zero stars if I could. Do not use this shop! They charged for parts they never installed. After the second time of trying to get my car fixed correctly, I left with a battery that could barely hold a charge, a non-working horn, a bent sway bar, hot glued head lights, a bumper that wasn't actually bolted, and more. They are dishonest and don't try to make it right. Mike was hostile and condescending. I had to take it to another shop to actually get the repairs

The whole team at Classic Collision Georgetown ( Austin Avenue) to include but not limited to Summer, Crystal, Rubylynn and even some of the techs I met are just all awesome. They take your concerns to heart and make sure you get your car back ASAP. I’ve seen a lot of collision shops in my time, but this one is stellar in comparison. It is my highest recommendation that you use Classic Collision ( Austin Avenue) for all of your body shop needs!!!

I'm so impressed with the professionalism of the whole experience. Rubilynn is a total badass. She was so thorough in her inspection, answered all my questions, and explained the whole process. It took almost a month, but that wasn't their fault at all. It was a whole coordination with parts. They even got my car back to me sooner than estimated and my car looks fabulous. This was my first accident and it was really stressful and scary. Classic Collision took such good care of me and my car. I hope I don't ever have to go back, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands. Great job, y'all!

UPDATE: The manager finally got in touch with me, and I’m scheduled for repairs this week. I’m hopeful that all the issues will be resolved!
My Toyota Highlander was damaged in the tornado in 2022, and insurance indicated that this shop was the place to go. It took well over 2.5 months to get my vehicle returned, and they did not address all of the issues. Now, I'm having problems and tried to get a manager to call me back for 2 days. I keep asking Heather at the front desk, and she let me know that the manager is aware of my call and said he would call me back. Still no call back. If you can avoid this place, then do....communication is TERRIBLE!

Do. Not. Go. Here. They took more than a month to fix my car, and the communication throughout the entire process was terrible. Someone hit the back of my car in the parking lot and my insurance asked Classic Collision to fix the bumper. When I finally pick my car up forever later, they let me know (THE DAY OF) that the automatic car door wasn't t working....which wasn't a problem to begin with. So I was recently able to go to a different company to have them fix my car door.

Rubilynn and crew took care of me. My F150 hit a deer and they worked with my insurance to get me in quickly and back on the road. They kept me updated throughout the process and my truck came back looking almost brand new. Great service and wonderful people.

If I could give zero stars I would. Insurance fraud is at work here. Since the bad hail storm happened they will give a low estimate and have the insurance accept it, then when you leave the vehicle do another estimate with TRIPLE the damage and report it to your insurance without your consent or knowledge. They didnt even call us after the second estima that was not approved by us. Inflated damage equals fraud. Looked at the truck with all the marks on it and most of the marks did not have damage. They charge per dent and wrote up as much as possible to make the insurance pay as much as possible which made them want to total the vehicle. They have been reported to the proper authorities. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The communication with this company sucks. I was told multiple dates for my repair to be done.. It was no in between communication. I had to keep calling them. The manager Mike does not follow through with things he says. After repair my battery was dead. They gave me the run around about a battery replacement. He told me one thing but failed to follow up so I am out of pocket for a battery on top of the deductible for my insurance. This place was recommended by the insurance company.... But I WOULD NOT use them.. They act as if you are a bother to get things done properly.
