We worked with Dalton Peterson and let me say the BEST experience I've ever had with a cell phone company. I've been with AT&T for a long time! I'll go back to the store and work with Dalton!

AT&T Internet service is horrible. It has never been very good but has consistently gotten worse. I work from home and have to up load reports and now I can’t even do that. I literally had a customer service agent tell me they do not have the infrastructure to support the demand in the Georgetown area but they were not going to quit selling the product. If I had a problem I could go and find another provider. Yes they absolutely literally told me that. If you are thinking of changing to AT&T with their gimmick specials beware, you will be billed monthly for the service but it will work spotty at best!

I am just thrown by how rude I was treated today by some young guy , who refused to give me his name. I was just trying to replace my phone. I guess customer service is something this store doesn’t believe in.
I will never go back here and caution anyone who does to steer clear of this disrespectful punk.

It wasnt Dalton that we were dissatisfied with...
it was the woman who greeted us. She had an attitude and just looked unhappy to help us. She gave us wrong information which Dalton corrected, however they both seemed pretty unhappy. The energy wasn't welcoming or friendly. It was frustrating.

I went in to upgrade my phone and Dalton helped me understand the cost and my monthly payments, he also informed us that our address was now eligible for internet which we have been waiting for another company to provide that. He let us know our cost would be half going with AT&T, we are super thankfully for Dalton going above and beyond for us!

Donisha was next level customer service. I came in with my iPhone and promptly helped me pick out what I needed and get my warranty set up on my new screen protector and even got me geared up to get back asap and upgrade once the 17 comes out! My favorite AT&T location by far and Donisha is 100% my go to rep for anything I need when I go in there.

Want to share a buyer beware with the AT&T store on Williams. I returned a trade in there on 1/23 to Julio. Received an email two weeks later stating the phone still hadn’t been received. Called the store immediately, stated they had the phone still but it would be shipped out that week. Fast forward to today when I was notified I would be charged a non-returned equipment fee. Spoke with an assistant store manager (who was not apologetic and took zero accountability for her store or team) and said I would need to come pick the phone and figure out how to ship it back myself because the phone couldn’t be returned in person. Strange since I was never told this before… After speaking with corporate AT&T, I will still be out almost $150 unless I want to fight to get this whole thing escalated since the original buyback promotion has ended. 0/10 recommend unless you love wasting your time.

Went to the AT&T store just looking for a charger but after talking to Kayla and hearing about all the savings my family can get I intend to move my entire family, cousins, aunts and uncles over to AT&T based on Kayla's amazing customer support.
