I am a contractor. I buy mason sand and gravel from these guys all the time. No problems or issues. But I bought 1200.00 of the premium mix garden soil, triple power they call it, in the fall to fill garden beds and the customer starting finding glass, pieces of plastic, other trash in the mix when they went to plant this spring. I stopped by twice to discuss and could not catch the manager there. I called four times now and cannot get the manager to call me back. Buyers beware, you may not be getting what you think you are buying.

Great business, excellent selection and superb customer service. While in the middle of a full yard landscape & hardscape project, we decided last minute to change the types of river rocks and boulders our architect planned to use, so only had one day to look at samples before they needed to buy and place them at the end of the whole project. I rushed from work to make it there by 5p closing, but wasn’t able to get there until 15min after.
However, Craig welcomed me in, walked me around the whole yard showing and describing to me all of the types-colors-sizes-sources of the river rocks and boulders they had as well as others that they didn’t currently have but can special order and deliver within a couple of weeks. Seeing I was clearly unsure what would look best, he even asked if I had reference photos so he could make some suggestions based on the color palettes. He then went through dozen of photos I had on my phone to get a feel for the overall look and feel of our home and yard and helped me pick out an amazing choice. Then if that wasn’t enough, he bagged of samples of the 4 top choices in different sizes so my wife, the real boss of course, could take a look and pick them out.
My landscape designer was spot on when he recommended Austin Landscapes Supplies. Look forward to giving them my business and highly recommending the same to others. Keep up the great service Austin Landscape Supplies

Havent been there in awhile. Drove out of my way to purchase their weed tarp which was normally a good price. Once I got there and purchased their weed tarp it was $170+!! $70 more than Ewing for contractor's. I was shocked. Why are they so much more than anyone else? I would check prices else where before going here.

I inquired online about delivery for some playground mulch. I got a quick response and quote called in the next day and paid for it. Delivery was on time as promised , the mulch assists to be good quality and the price was on par with other places. Overall I'm happy with them and would use them again. FYI, swinger not included.

Great pricing. The folks have always been very friendly. Front office has good sense of humor and really helpful. Good attitude.Lots of selection. Come here many times. I am not commercial, this was for home.

Great communication. They got rained out and sent everyone home and Lori was still communicating with me that they still have 1 final loader that I can’t still make it. I understood that the weather was bad and told her it was okay I can go another day. But most companies would rather go home vs take that last customer. I appreciate you guys. PS my order was not even expensive and she they were willing to take care of me. Thank you so much for the dedication to your customers.

So far I have had two good experiences with Austin Landscape Supplies. One 12 yard delivery of river rock, and one 12 yard delivery of granite. The driver dumped exactly where I pointed with no issues. Now my yard looks beautiful with the help of my landscaper. The only issue I have is they have a NO REFUND policy. If you end up not needing as much as you thought you did, and don't need full delivery, they will give you in store credit, but no refund even if nothing was delivered. Personally, I feel if no services are rendered a full refund should take place if requested.
