I applied for a home equity loan and the process is not easy especially when you’re simply shopping around and figuring out rates and approval odds. Be advised that you need to open up an account for $25 and, submit several documents upfront to simply get a quote. It is very impersonal and you will be getting a lot of emails requesting information. I had to call several times to ask about the process. Not happy with the process at all! I will say that customer service has been responsive. Still in the process because I like to follow through. In the end, I hope it’s worth it! Here’s to being hopeful!

Slow to respond during loan process. You can’t actually get them to return a call. What was supposed to be a 45 day max process is at 60 plus days. Don’t use them if you actually want customer service.

The worst home equity loan experience with Telco and CU Members Mortgage. CU was terrible! Find out who Telco is using for your loan, and if it’s CU, cancel! Wish we would have.

Young girl at drive-thru with long hair has terrible customer service, rude. A good dose of customer service training is definitely in store for her. Time to revamp that location with people that actually smile and dont hate their jobs

Drive through now closes at 5:30pm. Staff said posted signs and google are wrong. If true, needs to be updated.

Very small branch but effective. The tellers are fast and friendly. Never had to wait long. They have more tellers behind the line than I have seen in years.
