Went in for a battery. Waited 10 mins to be helped. 5 to find the battery only to be told they couldn’t install the new one.
Valvoline on the same street installed the battery in 10 mins at a savings of 16 on the battery alone.

Ehhh update- the reason why, it was a slow night. Customer service was, ehhh. I'm not sure why, but I felt like he needed a bit of excitement at the moment. But he helped me get what I needed. I'll still be going to any Autozone no matter what. The best people and service no matter where in the world. No matter what is going on, you all matter even if you don't see it.

Dee saved me by helping me with my car battery. He went above and beyond and I will be coming back when I have car issues. You guys should really give him a raise, he’s doing more than his pay grade in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend will come again, tell a friend.
