phelam was very knowledgeable and persistent with the replacement of my wiper blades. It wasn't an easy task for my foreign import but he remained patient and perfessional until the task was completed. I will always use auto zone for my auto parts needs from this experience alone

Just bought some windshield wipers, normally we change our wipers at Discount Tire so I don’t get to change them too often myself. I bought wipers and started to struggle. Less than a couple of minutes the guys working here came out and helped me without me even having to ask. Great people here and excellent service.

I was going here as I live within walking distance. I will no longer be going here. Customer service is trash. Every time I go here the 2 guys working here is a total turn off! You have one guy who is not friendly at all with an attitude and the other unwilling to help you get your part.
If your part isn't stocked the other guy is unwilling to actually look it up for you and try to find your part at another store.

I just spent a little over 3 hours at the AutoZone off Williams Dr. in Georgetown. The last two hours I was there had my blood pressure skyrocketing, and my head spinning at the complete lack of and blatant disregard for any kind of customer service.
Before I go any further, I will say that the situation was remedied and I actually got a little bit better product than what I purchased. That being said, The fact that I was able to walk away and drive my truck out of your parking lot was in absolutely no part whatsoever due to anyone of the 3 employees on the clock while I was there. They couldn’t even provide me with a number to call. It literally took myself calling another store and speaking to their manager to start moving up the chain with phone calls, and explaining myself at least four different times to four different people until I finally got to Saul who I was an absolute ass to then found myself apologizing because he was the only reason That I was able to drive my truck Home from the AutoZone parking lot. Long story short, I was told I had two options. Leave my truck with all of my tools in their parking lot all night long possibly for 24 hours or more or do what one of the “knowledgeable” AutoZone employee suggested and drive my truck with no air filter to Leander or Austin or Hutto To get myself the missing filter that was not in the $300 K&N CIA package they sold me. I Have a gut feeling these gentlemen will be working behind some type of retail sales counter for a very long time. To each their own, But being a customer that was told today that I could either get my vehicle without being put back together 100% and go track down my own part that they left out or just leave My truck, there with my tools, my livelihood in the bed of it for however long I was gonna take tells me they got a lot of work to do. Saul was awesome and I’m thank I Was able to reach him. Everybody else There was evolved was just about worthless.
I’m sure there’s plenty of typos in this damn thing I don’t care. I promise you’ll probably get better customer service at any other neighboring parts stores.

Brett K. provided excellent customer service today! He helped with all of our needs, answered our questions thoroughly, and provided education and information so that we could make the best decision. He even went above and beyond to assist in installing our new battery. His supervisor (I believe his name was Eric) was also extremely kind and helpful when we ran into a little issue and was able to get it fixed immediately. We will definitely be returning customers!

I came in to buy motor oil & get a scan reading due to engine light on. Their scanner did not display a code & had to get it inside. The lady, think her name is Amanda, was super helpful. Printed out the diagnosis & even instructed me to get some parts online that they didn't carry.

Love AutoZone and they way they take care of their customers. The manager there, Eric, checked my battery (under warranty), it was dead, and he not only replaced the battery but also installed it for free.
In addition, great product selection in the store with knowledgeable employees to guide you to what you need.

Eric was the GREATEST! He helped me with my radiator cap and took the time to look and see that my radiator cap was still in the engine area - just needed a magnet to get it out. Eric, I will be back to see about the windshield wipers! You DESERVE 10 STARS!!! Thank you again.
