This bank has no drive through yet you list it has having one. They do have an ATM in the closed drive through but that's all.

My visit on 10/23/24 was a very positive experience. My daughter and I went into this branch due a banking emergency. We did not have an appointment, but the branch manager, Diane Barber, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she did not have an associate available at that moment, but if I give her a minute, she would see where she could work us in and help us get our issue resolved. She was polite, professional, and very helpful. We waited about 15 minutes and were helped by Ethan Scott. He was also very helpful, courteous, and professional. My daughter had her bank account drained by a scammer so she was already stressed out and upset. Ethan was very calming and positive and opened her new account right away. I had read the bad reviews and was a little worried about going to this branch, but it was the closest to my daughter's job so we took a chance. I'm glad we did!!

Personally, my experience was excellent, Mrs. Diana Ball treated me with great kindness and great efforts to resolve what I needed. I greatly appreciate her attention and I hope they continue like this.

I just had a terrible experience at this location. I came in for a notary service, and was asked twice if I have an account. I answered yes and was asked to sit down. Had my account verified, then asked if I had ID. I again answered yes and asked if it was needed in the moment. I was told no, then after 10 minutes, the initial banker who had me sit said she would do the notarizing.
The entire experience was off and unwelcoming. Once this banker saw how much money remains in my account she asked if I was interested in any of their reward programs. Are you serious? After this off putting experience, you think I want in on some “reward” program.
This is the closet BOA to my home, but I would rather drive to Round Rock next time.

The worst customer service. They will not answer the telephone. Only one teller with a line to the door. Manager floating around with a tablet that doesn't work trying to help customers in line.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. I have been a member at Bank Of America for 20+ years and I have never had such a terrible experience with a teller not only one but TWICE because of Tina I will be switching from BOA to a different bank.

This branch is severely understaffed. The manager is very close to being rude and not helpful. It's pure chaos.

The tellers here will make you feel like you are wasting their precious time. The red head and the Hispanic woman are so rude I wanted to close my account right then and there I've had conversations with other customers outside about how rudely we were just treated. Save yourself the anger and go to the university round rock location.
