Fabulous customer service! Mini was helpful and told my brother and I about a really good deal for a Mother’s Day gift which we did end up getting! All staff in this store (Saturday 5/10 afternoon) were helpful. I spent over $200 and loved every second of my time in the store.

I had a wonderful experience with the manager at Bath & Body Works at Georgetown store . She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and guided me with genuine care. Her warm and professional attitude made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly excellent customer service!

Came to return a broken candle, they didn’t exchange it after I waited 2wks for it to come in the mail, only offered a refund. Will not be coming back.

It’s a great place to get the gifts for yourself as well as for your friends and family! We came here to get some items for white elephant last week and they were on a great discount deal! Zillions of scented soap and hand sanitizer as well as lotions! We enjoyed the shopping for sure!

I went to the store in Georgetown Wolf Ranch and they were packed. There was a lady who worked there named Mini. She was the nicest lady that I’ve ever met in my entire life! She went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance for my mom. She knew everything and helped me find the perfect scent! Thank you so much and I will for surely be returning!!

Shopped here a few days before Mother’s Day and the entire store was buy 3 get 3 free. Snagged some great deals and with how busy it was, I’ve gotta give it up to the employees! They had enough people working to keep the crowd moving efficiently. Many of them had customers laughing while shopping and SO helpful. We were there specifically for two types of candles and the lady helping us grabbed what we needed quickly, then brought them up to the front counter for us. Such a great experience, was greeted by several employees as we walked in and everyone said bye as we walked out.

I love the location of this store. It's never crowded and the employees are friendly. Parking is usually pretty easy to get into and out of. There are handicapped spots right in front of the store also. It is in the Wolf Ranch Shopping Center right off I-35.
