1st day with bank "in person," and Elizabeth is treating me great. No clue what the future holds, but love the high rate APR on my "High Yield Savings account, and really appreciate the customer service...Oh yea, and unlike RBFCU, you can actually call the branch directly and talk to someone. If things change, I'll definitely post, but for now, I'm extremely happy. Thanx for reading, God luck, and God bless ya, Marty

Complete disaster. PNC as a whole is pretty bad but this branch takes the cake. I was asked five different security questions in the conversation because their information didn’t match mine. Seriously - I showed you my ID, I had my card, I knew all the information. Instead of apologizing you acted like I should accept this treatment. No worries - I’ll take my business elsewhere.

PNC is the worst bank I have ever done business with. Loved the employee, and BBVA Compass, when PNC took over messed all my accounts up. I had 4 accounts with BBVA. PNC has locked me out of my account numerous times. On phone with CS for multiple days and multiple hours still have not been able to get on my account. On phone today for over an hour and still not able. On Tuesday I was on my account then I went to get back on when I finally got someone to help me get my mortgage payment paid and it locked me out. Now it is asking for a pin number which I have never seen of set up in order to get back on my account now I have to wait on it to come in the mail before I can get my account set back up to sign in. NO ONE COULD HELP ME GET ON MY ACCOUNT April 24 thru May 7 trying to pay mortgage this bank does not care about the customer. Not being able to access my accounts and pay bills for over 2 weeks is not a bank I wish to continue to do business with. I am working very diligently to get out of this bank.

Supposedly Friday they're open until 6:00pm, that's not true. I was there before that time and door was closed with people inside, literally ignoring me.

I had a appointment 10-20-21 at 12pm. My appointment was confirmed 10-19-21 phone. I arrived at 11:45 set lobby. Banker can out of office an approached me an said he was booked twice & he had to take the other appointment and I would have to reschedule. He said the Teller who booked my appointment were try and help, she didn’t have any idea what she was trying to do. Alex the Banker offered no apology. He had lost me as a customer at Spring St

The transfer to PNC isn't great for them. Don't go if you have questions. They will give you wrong information. On top of that you need an appointment just to get ANYTHING done. They were rude, not informed about PNC and insulting to customers who didn't have an "appointment ". I won't go back to that branch

It would be helpful if the drive through teller spoke understandable English. Never ever going to this location again for live service. Terrible service.

I was beyond dissatisfied with the customer service!! I went in to withdraw money from my account . I recently just got back from California visiting my mom and left my drivers license and debit card in California my mom put them in mail to me. I was just at this location a few days ago and was able to withdraw money with my work Id my social and a credit card in my name. I go in today 6/1 and the teller Merna is like no sorry nope can’t do it without your official Id after I explain to her I was just here a few days ago she like nope sorry . Beyond frustrated... can’t wait to get my id in the mail so I can close my account. I do my business banking with Chase guess I will have to do my personal as well.

I can see why this place has a 3-star rating. I'm surprised it's not last. It is nine minutes till closing, I am dropping off a deposit for work and I was just told by the cashier over the mic that they're almost closing so she'll have to be right back. There is still nine minutes of open business, why am I being told this? Makes me wonder if they told the same thing to the person next to
