Have been a loyal PNC customer since 1990’s. Unfortunately I am closing all of my accounts with them because of their lack of honoring an interest rate on a 4 month CD. My renewal paperwork was mailed to address provided on their letter. They say they never received the renewal contract through the mail and only gave me .01% on my CD. There are plenty of other banks that have higher CD rates.

I opened the new account and deposited money. I needed access to my funds and they refused to give me the debit card early and said that they can take 30 days to let me have access to my deposit. This is after speaking to two branches that told me I should go to a certain branch and I made an appointment. I have never dealt with a bank as clearly incompetent as PNC. The Georgetown on Williams location specifically, we're very distrusting even though I had IDs, etc. They question me why I would need my debit card earlier. I needed to pay for my mom's nursing facility. I could even show them the proof that I needed to pay them. It did not matter, they refused to assist. They even question a cash deposit that I made to make sure that I actually did it in cash. Ridiculous. I do not recommend these awful people or this bank at all.

Had money taken out of my account wasn't suppost to had appointment they did not honor the time. Complete waste of time changing banks been with them 5 years (ah yes sending automated message of oh we want to discuss!! I had a meeting setup with ylall before you are a waste of my time I'm not scheduling a meeting with yall)

My son had 2 checks written on this bank the banker there told him they had no money to cash the checks and she would not open an account for him was rude and unprofessional will never bank at this branch ever again very lazy and unprofessional

We've been with PNC a couple years now and have always had great experiences with them. Recently had some issues with our cards and account and Quijuan and Casey were very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a new card printed for me within minutes.

Linda Ramos was so accommodating and explained everything so well to my daughter. She made opening her first bank account absolutely enjoyable. Wonderful lady to open an account with.

Every time I went in I would wait politely for the Banker. He sat working on his computer and never even acknowledged me. I had to finally interrupt him after standing there for 20+ minutes. Happened three different times. Horrible service

Now have waited almost 30 minutes at the drive through because the tellers can't figure out how to process a SBA loan payment. Unbelievable. Have made my loan payment in person for 7 years and these guys have NO clue how to do it. 30 minutes waiting . I would think processing loan payments would be a part of basic teller training. Evidently not!

Came to open a checking and savings account, brought in cashier's checks and they still put a 10 day hold.. cashier's checks is cash, what's wrong with this people. It has been 24 hrs and they are still have not approved my checking account which they asked me to open on my own from the app. I was already there at their desk and had a savings account opened ..why couldn't they just do the checking there? I'm now asking them to close that account and they want to charge me to do that after only 24 hours of nothing bad bad customer service and a total dissatisfaction.No money because of the hold and no account either. Do your research before deciding to go with BBVA Georgetown Texas
