Went there with a complicated alteration on a nice suit I needed on a very tight schedule, normal pick up was 3 weeks and they turned it around in less than 24 hours

Anytime, I have to return to a business to have a job redone/ corrected is not a good thing. The initial work performed was by no means inexpensive. I needed to have a formal dress hemmed at a cost of over sixty dollars. An extra trip back to the business to correct an incorrect hemming job is: Not the best use of my time, unexpected and frustrating.
It looks good now but should have been done correctly the first time.
People that are having alterations done for special occasions do not have time for return trips.

I had to purchase new suit slacks for a loved one's funeral which is about a week away. I had taken clothing to them for alterations previously and was very happy with the work, so thought I would see if they could turn around the my slacks in time for the funeral. Their alterations were running about 15 days out, but I just explained my situation and they said they would have my slacks ready by the end of the week without a rush charge (which I would have gladly paid). For that I am very grateful and they have made a customer for life. I cannot recommend them enough for your alteration needs!

I cannot say enough great things about them. Shera and the team worked their magic to ensure our shirts were embroidered for game day. She was very quick to respond to emails, and in the end the finished product looked amazing! We received numerous compliments from the University of Texas Police Dept. I highly recommend this business—top notch customer service as well as overall quality!

Lemme start off by saying I haven't used a dry cleaners in many years. I had to come here as this is where my employer uses for their uniform alterations and I was HIGHLY impressed with the speed of service. I had patches put on 7 uniforms and it was completely done in 2 days and that was with the patch application specialist on vacation. Luckily they had a seamstress that did this for me eventhough it didn't sound like this was in her normal work duties. I appreciate this business going above and beyond to get my patches sewn on quickly. I will definitely be a future return customer for any of my dry cleaning/patch application needs.

Very helpful when asking for assistance with alterations. They do a professional alteration job. Not as quick turn around time as some people, but do quality work. They saved one of my forgotten pieces for over two months.

I needed 4 patches sewn in in my sons letterman’s jacket and could not find anyone. I was recommended to Bell Cleaners by CenTex Shirt & Embroidery. I was very happy with the service, work and turnaround time was fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
