It had been a while since I had been to Best Buy (the one closest to home closed over a year ago). I went to get a coax splitter. The price marked on the shelf was about $6, but when they rang it at the register it rang for 16. The cashier didn't care that the shelf price was much lower. I left the item at the store and went to Walmart where I got it for $5.

The best customer service of any best buy. They are consistently helpful every time I go in here. You can tell that this location is very well managed compared to other locations. It almost feels like I'm in a different store. I am very impressed.

Terrible service. I can't believe after looking around clearly in need of some kind of help finding what I'm looking for, no one seemed inclined to help. Even when I asked, no one wanted to help. I waited 20 minutes and no one even came to say hi or how long it would be. I am never setting foot in that awful place again. If you need help with anything here, you'd be better off asking a brick wall.

My MacBook Pro stopped working and as a nursing student I need access to my laptop for my studies. After being on the phone with Apple support for an hour and getting no where, I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad in Georgetown the next day and Rob was able to fix my issue in 15 minutes. He was so helpful and I'm so grateful I came here.

Ordered online and they had it ready before I even woke up. And though you could tell they were way understaffed I was in and out of there fairly swift. That was my first time going to the Georgetown location, but I can assure you it will not be my last. Much better experience than I've had in the greater Austin area, Round Rock not included. Thank you for reminding me of the value of going into the store. See yall again very soon.

Shopping experience was bad. Too many associates walked past me with no greeting or no other customers, having worked for BBY before associates should be greeting promptly ??♂️. I'm trying to shop brick and morter, but these types of experiences make Amazon look better and better
