I had a very disappointing experience with Salon Loft in Georgetown, specifically Suite 201. I had to wait for a long time, which felt very unprofessional. Despite calling multiple times, I received no response. When I finally went to the salon, the stylist wasn't available. I tried again the next day, but there was still no response. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Beauty N Shape- Eyebrow Threading, has moved to here from the HEB in Georgetown I-35. They are NEXT to James Avery. The service is still great and Zara had done a wonderful job Threading my brows!

I'm giving it two stars because the color that I received looked really good. However the haircut I got ruined the entire look of my hair. She must have cut about four inches off the layers of my hair to create a early 2000s choppy layered look that is horrific. All I wanted was shaping around my face and some layering at the bottom. I'm not going to want to wear my hair down for weeks or months at this point I'm so horrified. Do not visit Nancy for a haircut. I was refunded for my cut, but I still have to wear this hair for weeks. My hair was pretty and long before. I really miss it
