Shopping for homeowner's insurance or auto insurance these days is quite painful. There is a lot of information and yet nothing usable online. Water, water everywhere, but not a drop to drink! Uniquea Norwood at the Jamison agency was super helpful and helped me find a great policy through All State at a reasonable rate. She explained how bundling auto and home would help us save and while we're not quite ready to make that switch to auto yet, it's definitely something we will revisit. In an age where we end up answering machines to prove we are human and get stuck in endless loops, it is refreshing to speak with a person who genuinely cares.

Called Bryan J's office to discuss my house and car insurance policy. Mary answered the phone and we discussed ways to reduce my premiums. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. This was probably the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent. She also saved us money. Whatever Bryan is paying her is not enough ;-)

DO NOT GO HERE. Will give you a discount then 6 months later screw you with a crazy price. Kelly is the manager and is literally the worst. Save time long term and go somewhere else. Will screw you in the long run. Bad.

If you’re like me and don’t fully understand insurance stuff, Bryan E. Jamison: Allstate Insurance is the kind of agency you want. They explain everything clearly, doesn’t rush you, and actually cares about getting you the right coverage, not just selling you something. I felt taken care of, not pressured. Super responsive too. Honestly just a good, trustworthy team. If you’re in Georgetown and want someone who actually has your back, I’d go with them!

Extremely poor service. Waited 2 days for a home insurance quote or any contact. Finally stopped at their office and waited and waited! One insurance representative was too busy . Highly do not recommend.

My experience with Lorigan Jones with Bryan E. Jamison Allstate Insurance was not only an excellent experience in customer satisfaction, but, moreover, she illustrated the power of what an experienced insurance agent can provide with years of hands-on industry knowledge. All aspects of the buying experience were exemplary and expeditiously managed. The coordination of reviewing our current policies for auto and home was equally excellent as she dove into areas that are normally missed or insufficient. Her review resulted in use acquiring coverage at significant savings, prudent decisions on levels of coverage, not to mention the great interpersonal skills she afforded us during the process.

Sora proactively contacted me about several ways I could lower the cost of my upcoming insurance renewals. I okayed two and declined one, but I wouldn't have been aware of ANY had she not reached out. Pretty good customer service, I'd say!

I was pretty much scammed by Broderic Allen. He told me that my insurance would only be $50 but once I got the bill it was $175. He also works for Nada Homeloans also a huge scam that I suggest you never sign up for. When I complained to Allstate they would not allow me to file the complaint since it was quotes he provided me through a phone call. I kept my homeowners insurance but canceled my car insurance which I found for $62. The moment I find a different homeowners insurance I am switching ASAP. It is true you're not in good hands with Allstate I regret that I made the switch with these people. Beware and do not take any word of mouth on behalf of the agents they don't even know how their own policies work from the looks of it. Read the paperwork that they provide you, when they say such and such will be covered have them point it out on your policy, literally have it infront of you and follow along with your finger as they read it.
