When I first brought my car into Caliber Collision after coordinating with my insurance, I was greeted by Lora, who was completely professional, personable, and sweet throughout the entire process. She even arranged for the rental car company to pick me up at the shop, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.
Lora kept me informed of my car's status and repairs every step of the way. I received daily text messages detailing the progress, including updates on parts being ordered and when they arrived. When my car was ready, Lora personally called to let me know and took the time to walk me around the vehicle after I picked it up, ensuring I could see the excellent work done. She also went over all the repairs in detail.
Lora was fantastic—her kindness and professionalism helped ease the chaos in my life, reassuring me that my car would be repaired, and I could get back to normalcy. I can't thank her enough for making the experience so smooth and stress-free.
