I checked in, and the room 321 had a leaky toilet that wouldn’t flush properly and wasn’t cleaned properly. I asked to be switched. I got put into room 313, and in the morning, I realized that this room also had a dirty/uncleaned toilet with marks on it, and it also had a dead cockroach by the side as a bonus. I asked to be switched again and was told that they were sold out, and I was asked to use the bathroom in the lobby. The bathroom in the lobby had (colored liquid) on the seat. Worse yet, I originally wanted to book the Holiday Inn, and the agent told me this was close by and that it was newly renovated and might be a better option. I travel often to this area and will make sure to avoid this place.
Oh I forgot to mention, the floor around the ac is soggy, please don’t not wear shoes when in the rooms if you still choose to stay here.

This is a dated motel that has begun some updates. Don't expect anything fancy for sure. It's a nice place to stay for longer stay individuals who are working in the area. Rooms have kitchen and full sized refrigerator. They also provide washing machines and dryers for free self service laundry.
Google maps has some difficulty getting you exactly where you need to. Tip; study your online map beforehand.
Check out lady was very professional and polite!

The staff were very good at their jobs and the room was comfortable, clean and usually quiet. I had a single queen bed room and it would be good for just me, but it was not quite enough space for the two of us. My thanks to the staff who found us a second chair so we both could sit. Good price

Most rooms are remodeled and so fresh! Suites allow for the flexibility for families with the full kitchen.

Difficult to get to using Google maps.
Elevator “broken”; no king size beds available on first floor; got into the road, and there was no desk chair for the desk; the TV did not work and the desk people had no clue how to get it working. But we’re all very poor experience and we packed up by 9 o’clock to move to a new hotel.

Washer Dryer is free but it’s always out of order. Room had No utensils NO hand soap the Ice machine didn’t work and they don’t have ice at the hotel. Can’t buy a cold drink can only charge to your room because they don’t take cash. If you like Not getting any of the amenities they advertise, listening to loud Mexican music and barking dogs, this is set the hotel for you. Stopped using this hotel several years ago due to over charging my credit card was in a hurry and gave them another chance BIG mistake.

The service in this Hotel is great! Very friendly, helpful and professional. The staff really makes the best of this Hotel.
The rooms are very bad, old, not maintained at all. Seems that everything is going to fall in the bathroom. The blinds are dirty and all broken and seem that if you touch it to open and let the light in that they will fall apart. Carpets are horrible, smelling and nasty, beds are not comfortable. I not sure about saying these rooms are clean because they all look dirty and smelly. We moved 3 times until the front desk lady ( she was so nice!!!) found us the better room from all due because we run with room issues. Like not having hot water in one of the rooms.
It’s very sad that this corporation doesn’t care of this hotel infrastructure which means doesn’t care about their customers you should refurbish this hotel and update it so them would be a great place to stay for short term. As a customer I don’t appreciate to arrive from a long trip and find a run down hotel room that makes you feel uncomfortable. Simplistic fix like updates the bathroom (by fixing it) clean and fix the blinds and remove the old nasty carpet will make it much better stay.
The cost to stay in this hotel in the way it is right now is high! The online pictures don’t match with the reality of the room.
The room has full kitchenette which was the main reason to stay.

Nathan was very pleasant considerings some of the room issues and inconveniences we experienced. He remained helpful and pleasant. Very professional. Brittany also always had a smile on her face and sweet and Seth also was extremely good at getting us what we needed right away. I don’t know what this team is being paid but they should get a raise and recognition for their hospitality and willingness to out their way to help guests. Please bring this review up to management. Much appreciated.

dead bugs squished into the walls, visible water stains/leaks on the ceiling. not worth 150/night. very kind and helpful front desk person though.

My visit to this hotel was not pleasant at all. My hotel room had mold everywhere in the carpet causing the whole room to smell disgusting, there were dead crickets in our room, every thing was moist and unclean. If that isn’t enough reasons I got bed bugs. I’m traveling for sports so I was sharing the room with my teammates and all of them had made the smart decision to sleep on top of the covers, I was the only one who slept under them and the only one who got bitten. I can officially say this is the worst place I have ever stayed, spare yourself and book somewhere else.

The room was horrendous. Mold spread across the floor, the walls were filthy, and the sheets were stained and unwashed. The floor was sticky, with crickets lurking in the corners. The bathroom was disgusting! wet floors, grime everywhere, and a hole in the wall. The mirror was torn from its place, and worst of all, there were bed bugs in the bed. The smell was unbearable. I would never stay here again!!!!!!
