“I've seen a lot of detailers in my eight years of owning Petrol Lounge. There's a lot of guys who get a polisher and watch a couple of YouTube videos and think they can detail a car -- and most people won't notice the shot it's they take or the places they miss. No Mediocre is one of maybe three shops in Austin that deserves the title of detailer. Logan's work is meticulous and perfect in every way. You may not be able to tell exactly what he does to make his work stand out, but I promise you that anyone can put his work next to the best work of any other shop and see that No Mediocre is undeniably superior.”
“Simple and easy. It was fully touch-less which I was looking for. Paying via card or cash device. Quick and reasonably priced. Of course you have to towel dry your car afterwards because the air dryer is never enough.”

“I've been looking for a place to wash my dog that wouldn't break the bank or stress my dog out. The dog wash was great, easy to use and you dont have to bring any shampoo with you just a towel. You just put your card in and follow the instructions on screen. It is 15 minutes for $10, you can pause your time for the water so you can lather your dog up and then resume the water to rinse them off.”
“I had reported some incomplete washing issues. However, they put it back through the wash cycle and the issue remained. There appears to be a stain of some kind that can’t be cleaned. They tried to get it off. “A” for effort.9”

“This place is great. Everything always works. Not a money saving option though. My truck took over $16.00 to thoroughly wash after a trip to the beach. I go there for the shade from the sun and the spot free rinse water.”
“The guys noticed ton of bugs on my grill. They took extra time with pressure wash to remove the bugs. I really appreciate the extra effort to pressure wash away the smashed on bugs.”

“I’m going to leave five stars because I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I do want to bring something to your attention.
I’ve now come to the car wash three different times, and unfortunately, it has been closed every single time. The first time, I tried to make it after work and got there around 7:00 PM, only to find that it had already closed. The second time, I made an effort to come early, around 7:40–7:50 AM, during the posted operating hours, but it was closed again. Today, I came around 2:00 PM, and once again, it was closed.
At this point, the inconsistent hours/closures have become a deal breaker for me, and I’ll most likely be canceling my membership.
I’ll still leave the five stars because I don’t want to leave a negative review, but I wanted to make sure I brought this to your attention because it has been a frustrating experience.”
