Came here to try and sell an item. I never got the name of the lady that helped me but she was honest and up front with me. Told me to look for another place to sell my item because what they would pay for it wouldn't be enough. I did make more money going some where else and I'll be using that money to come into the store and buy something for helping me out. Thank you!

Georgetown EZ Pawn - My husband bought me a diamond tennis bracelet (with a protection plan to replace a diamond on it that was missing) on layaway on 8/27, on 9/8 we went and paid it off so that they could send it off to be repaired and cleaned which we were told when we initially put it on layaway that it would only take a few days. As of today 9/26, 19 days later it still isn’t ready. We have called repeatedly to find out the status and only received 1 call back. Each time they tell us they are going to call or go to the repair shop and call us back - but no call or message from them. Mind you they have 2 numbers to reach us at. We spent over $2200 and have nothing to show for it. I want my bracelet, its bought and paid for.

When I am looking for something to purchase and do not want to spend CRAZY Money at the box store... I come to Cash Pawn in Georgetown... Ms. Crystal the Pit Boss of the Shop always has something that I am looking for or knows where I can get the item...I know I am valued there because she always remembers me, always ask about the previous purchases I have made with her and to make sure I am still happy with everything...
Will go to this place more often with her being the Manager there...
