It was time to face the inevitable with my elderly Collie, and although that is never a pleasant experience, the staff was sensitive and helpful, Melanie made the entire process go smoothly for us from scheduling to check out, the doctor explained everything thoroughly, and my sweet girl passed as calmly and gently as possible. I appreciate their getting her in quickly when she suddenly went downhill, their help with decision making, and the gentle care of the entire staff for Purity.

Staff was super friendly. The facility was clean. The vet, Dr Hoff said some of the same things Skeeter’s other vet told me.
Cost of services seemed on par with what I was paying previously.

Castlerock came highly recommend to me from my pet sitting clients. I certainly understand why. They are private owned and operated. They take the time to explain and they follow up to make sure your pet is well. I like that.
