I usually have a great experience here since I come often, and the staff is always so nice. However, today was different. A lady named Leticia (or something like that) was extremely rude. I was simply asking a question—if it couldn’t be done, that’s fine, but there’s no need to be rude about it. As the front-facing person that customers first encounter, it’s important to represent the branch with respect and professionalism.

Poor poor customer service, I have been a customer for over 16 years and had to be screened three different times out of this branch location.
I found that weather, and didn't want to call it as I thought. So I decided to go back 3 days later, to cash a check. That I have cashed on this Bank for more than 15 years. The matching funds were there. But I was told by the same teller and his supervisor that the check had to be for deposit only. I demanded that he give me an answer other than I'm not sure.. I wanted to get upset, went down the street to the same chain Chase Bank
Walked inside and was able to cash the same check by a very knowledgeable and professional teller. Which also cannot understand why the Georgetown location didn't have a legitimate reason for not cashing the check. People, racism is forever exposing!.. I have another account with over $20,000 that I will be removing from this Bank.

This Chase and all chases ATMs in general are horrible. It's pretty insane on the amount of fees Chase customers pay rather than being able to use their own ATM

They don’t like to help set up new accounts. Manager told us we need to come back after we drove 30 minutes from another location to head over there. RBFCU was happy to help.

Though there was a hiccup at the bank with doing a currency exchange, every individual in the bank worked to resolve the issue quickly!
All the associates went out of their way to not only take care of the situation, while treating me with great kindness!

Karly Davis is a great representative at Chase Bank. She was very helpful and definitely knew what she was doing. I'd recommend working with her regardless if it is credit opportunities or just sorting your financial problems!

Clearly I’m not alone judging by the other reviews. I had specifically spoke with Gerardo Solis at the Georgetown TX location before moving overseas to ensure there would be no issues. Our cards worked for a week and are now getting declined. We have a baby, are overseas, and our NZ bank account is still pending. If we didn’t have USAA credit cards, we would literally be in a new country with no money. I have tried, and tried to get an answer. Called, was on hold for an hour, emailed, the d*** “secure message center” - it’s coming up on a week now and no answers. Very disappointed as I was assured by Gerardo this would not happen.

Obscene that a 25-year customer can't get anyone at my branch on the phone. I remember when they used to have actual customer service, now the word "CHASE" is what you have to do to try and talk to a human.
