Karly Davis is a great representative at Chase Bank. She was very helpful and definitely knew what she was doing. I'd recommend working with her regardless if it is credit opportunities or just sorting your financial problems!

Clearly I’m not alone judging by the other reviews. I had specifically spoke with Gerardo Solis at the Georgetown TX location before moving overseas to ensure there would be no issues. Our cards worked for a week and are now getting declined. We have a baby, are overseas, and our NZ bank account is still pending. If we didn’t have USAA credit cards, we would literally be in a new country with no money. I have tried, and tried to get an answer. Called, was on hold for an hour, emailed, the d*** “secure message center” - it’s coming up on a week now and no answers. Very disappointed as I was assured by Gerardo this would not happen.

Obscene that a 25-year customer can't get anyone at my branch on the phone. I remember when they used to have actual customer service, now the word "CHASE" is what you have to do to try and talk to a human.

I was waiting in the lobby as another guest came in and was asked if she had an appointment, to which replied no. As a banker freed up she approached me and asked what I needed. Then she stated her 12:30 appointment was here and took the lady who had stated she did not have an appointment right in. So far 20 minutes had elapsed and still no service. Absolutely atrocious and dishonest service is not what I expect from Chase. However it is exactly what I received at the Georgetown location.

This location like many others decide not to answer their phones whatsoever. Not good for customer service. Left me waiting in the waiting area for one hour with only the door attendant showing me where to sit. Trying to open a new account but I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst banking experience in my 30 years of being a customer..... avoid, change, or cancel if Stephanie Mclaren is assigned to you as a banker. This is a huge loss for Chase, we'll continue to virtually bank with capital one instead.

The location of this ATM is trash - you have to wait in the outrageously long line at Chik Fil A next door -- then when you pull up this machine at least 75% of the time is useless. It's insane!!

We walked in to wolf ranch Georgetown location at 1:45, NO ONE was inside, no one, just the staff. We needed to add my husband to the account we opened in line, and they said they didn’t have time to do that, they closed at 2pm and it took 30 minutes!! I was told to come in no appointment needed. EXTREMELY rude, Manager on duty and Sid. And yes it took 20 minutes to pull into driveway because of chick fil a line!

Hard to believe this is a Chase Bank branch. Sat in the lobby for 10 minutes and someone finally appeared and said I'll have to make an appointment on the mobile app. " But we do accept walk-ins". Weird double speak and very low customer service at this location.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a local rep (Georgetown, TX) on the phone to schedule an appointment to talk with someone at my local bank!!!

Worst Chase branch ever! Spent 15 minutes in drive through without a single vehicle in three lanes driving away with their business taken care of. Called branch to confirm someone was working drive through only to eventually be told no one could answer. Went inside lobby and line of 8 people. Went to ATM and told it couldn’t accept cash. Drove to Round Rock branch and was in and out of drive through in 3 minutes. Never again will i visit the Georgetown branch.

Horrible location can never get Into the bank because the chick filet line blocks the bank entrance,,,the bank should really make a complaint about this issue such an inconvenience for banking customers
