Love their diet lemonade! Restaurant and playground are always clean. Even though their drive-thru line is long, it moves really fast. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Gluten free and keto options available

The food is always good but, what's the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in the extreamly long drive thru line!? They have a online ordering line but its not open until 10? How silly is that.

Always long lines -not always the nicest ppl. Not uncommon for ppl to cut in line and to create traffic jams to get in the parking lot. Love the food, but most often avoid going there to avoid the ugliness and chaos.

Chick-fil-A, as I think we all do here on Yelp, is a fast food chain we rate based on how they can provide the fast food experience and quality of food relative to the chain's reputation. I can tell you I often shied away from this location prior to Corona virus because it was SO hugely popular the drive-thru and parking lot was packed. But the chain has upgraded it's drive-thru and made even long lines move very quickly. It employs multiple people outside to take your order (if you're cash or app paying there was practically no line at all in my experiences). The food is still SO simple and well-executed you look at the sandwich and say, "How the hell are you so unique?". This location executes service very well and provides that wonderful, simple combination of chicken, pickle and bun VERY well...not to mention the wonderful waffle fries. I feel like it would be unfair to give the location a perfect score ONLY because I haven't had a chance to experience the dining area yet. But I will go there when the dining area reopens to see if the efficiency, quality of food and friendly service are still there...update to come!

The chicken sandwiches at this location, in my personal opinion, are far less superior than other locations. I eat at Chick Fil A quite often too at work. More times than not, the bread tastes stale/hard, chicken portions are small and thin and the overall sandwich is dry at this location. Customer service is solid and polite as always. I just wish the food, chicken in particular, would match up to experiences at other locations.

Everything was great as usual, but I don't recommend mobile ordering. Drive thru gets a lot of cars through while you sit and wait on your mobile order. I waited about 8 mins for a drink & sandwich, and it wasn't crowded as all. The other day it was packed & I ordered at the drive thru. Received my large order much quicker than today.

With everything going on (COVID-19) the company/ staff have worked out how to manage the flow of customers and get everyone served quickly and professionally. They stayed true to their ways and had service with a smile. It was great.

I was just I was at the georgetown location and ordered 2 large orders of chicken nuggets and a kids meal with vanilla milkshake and asked for some sauce. Was told the sauce was in the bag and was not and only one order of the chicken nuggets in bag. I called the store and talked to a Tray Getter and he said he did not believe me that I was lying. I will never go to this store again and so very sad for you that you hire mean people like that. Tgatnk you Teresa Fox

Terrible new process. Our order was totally screwed up. We ordered at the drive-up a Cobb salad and a Market Garden salad, both with light basalmic dressing. We get home and find in our sack two Market Garden salads and light Italian dressing packets. Not even close t ok what we ordered. When I called the store to report their error, no one answers. We either will find a different store in the future, or we will sit in the drive thru lane and fully check our order before driving away, and just make everyone behind us wait on us to fully check our order.

Just dropped off some home made cow print face masks to the awesome employees at my local Chick-fil-A. No matter where you go, their employees are always so nice and cheerful and their service is the best. Thank you to all of them for their hard work at this difficult time.

Where do I begin. F- performance today from the lunch staff. My order had TWO errors then in attempt to fix my order at the window the girl managed to steal 1 item of my order back. So I had to pull around again to get my chicken strips. They sent out a lady WITHOUT the strips. Chikfila rocks because they are fast and accurate. This location is neither. Avoid it at all costs.

Once a week we take our grandson to his favorite restaurant, Chick-fil-A. The food is always very good and the staff/service is even better! The staff has a lot of patience with the little children, polite and helpful always.

Chick-Fil-A's customer service is unbeatable!!! I was at the Georgetown location and they accidentally charged me twice for my meal. I didn't notice until that evening so I called them and they told me to just bring in my receipt and they would refund me. A few days later I received a text message from Chick-Fil-A saying they refunded me and gave me a free reward. I went onto my app to see a message from the operator of the Georgetown location apologizing for what happened. Not only did they refund my money and apologize, but they also gave me rewards for an entire meal for free! Other fast food restaurant don't even compare to Chick-Fil-A

I love this place and I usually always get great service but today was just a little bit different. I asked for mayonnaise for my sandwich when I paid I also asked the ladies at the window did they make sure they put mayonnaise and they said YES it is in there so I did not even bother to check. I get home to find no mayonnaise in my bag and I am just left to eat a dry sandwich which is extremely frustrating. I take the time to call and let them know and I do not appreciate the lady telling me “I hope you have some mayonnaise at home” I also have bread and chicken and pickles at home too but I CHOOSE to go to Chick-fil-A and when I asked for mayonnaise two times, I expect to have it in my bag. I appreciate the lady apologizing on the phone but that comment was just a unnecessary and did not sit well with me.

Not the most efficient Chick-fil-A and difficult to turn into the drive thru line. I also don't understand the concept of mobile ordering and having to sit thru the drive thru line to pick it up if you're not able to get out of the car. I was sad that my nuggets were clumped together, three nuggets clumped with batter instead of being three separate nuggets. The tea had a coffee type taste and not up to their usual standard. Love Chick-fil-A and I'll still come back.

I was surprised the wait time was a little long, I’m not used to Chick Fil A wait times being long especially on the inside. Maybe because it was Friday night and this looks to be a popular spot!! Once I placed my order the time to get my order was very fast and when I was preparing to leave the employee refilled my drink when she saw me waiting in line for a refill.

Busy, as always, but they have plenty of employees and get it done. We got there right after a school bus full of kids, but maybe waited 10 min. Food was delicious.
