I eat at Chipotle five times per week. This location tasted much different from any other store I’ve been to. What little steak I was given was dry and chewy. This store is broken.

Requested a bowl and before I could say what rice I wanted the lady serving me decided I wanted white rice. I then asked for pinto beans and she gave me black beans. I told her I wanted pinto and she said yeah and pointed at the black beans. Apparently they can’t tell the difference between two types of beans. Place was dirty. Reminded me of why I don’t come here anymore.

Ordered a burrito and another Sofrito bowl ant about 11:15 am in the morning yesterday. We reached there at 10:45 am when they opened the doors. We were after 4 customers. They made us wait for long as the dishes weren’t ready ( my guess ) also after receiving we were told that they accept cash payment only. The food tasted differently as compared to other locations that I had tried before. I would avoid this location the next time.Vegetarian options: Black beans, Sofrito

We were there at three in the afternoon. Every table inside was dirty. Every table outside was covered with bird droppings and leaves. $27 for lunch for two and not even a clean place to sit. And yet there were six or eight people working behind the counter. But no attention paid to dining room. Coke was just water so we had to wait for them to change that out. With the dining room not being clean, it makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. Communication is very difficult because of language barrier. I realize it’s hard to get staff, but it makes it difficult for the customer. It used to be you could get some guacamole put on your dish, but now if you want even a small scoop of that, it’s almost 3 dollars. Not likely to visit this location again even though it’s in my hometown. Dirty tables are just inexcusable.

This is my favorite location to go to. The food is GENERALLY good. The rice is rarely mushy and they always give me extra scoops of rice and cheese when I ask. The only issue I have is the tall mixed girl, I believe she is Hispanic and Black. She’s always talking loud, being extremely unprofessional and rude. Anytime I go in here, she’s staring me down, she doesn’t want to serve me (although it’s her job to do so), and I’ve NEVER exchanged words with her. When I first started going to this location, I was in an extremely abusive relationship. I would go to this location a few days a week to get away from my house. I guess she hates me because I would come there too often? Which is a dumb reason to hate a customer. After COVID, the employees changed and the vibe changed. I miss the kinder employees with smiles on their faces - some days, those people really helped me the brighter side of life. Now I’m out of that relationship and the employees are gone - I can’t even share with them how they helped me sometimes. But if the rude girl ever sees this, don’t hesitate to meet me outside. I don’t work there and won’t lose my job, weirdo. Get a life and learn to be kind; the superiority she has with the attitude she has is beyond me.Parking: The parking sucks. They moved Starbucks in the middle of the parking lot and the parking is even worse now.

Something is seriously wrong with rice. This is the third time i had undercooked rice. You feel like you are eating just grains. I used to love Chipotle, but can’t stand it anymore.

This is the worst Chipotle I've been to across three different states. The employees here BARELY speak English. It took three different employees to ask my what I wanted before I even began ORDERING. Trying to communicate here is like scraping nails on chalkboard.

I don’t own a smart phone. I could not order a quesadilla online. When I explained this, they refused to make me a quesadilla… even though they had all of the ingredients to make it for me and it’s on their menu. I’m not only highly confused and frustrated that they refused a customer food at a fast food restaurant, but I’m also hungry. Go to a different chipotle.

Worst chipotle location I’ve ever been too. Get my order wrong every time I order on the app. Also, is a terrible location with no parking. Georgetown deserves better and this location needs to close
