The experience at Cimarron Storage has been excellent, after two units/several months renting and continuing. Good prices, helpful management and extremely clean, well pest controlled facility/units. Would recommend.

Service is great here! Storage units are nice and clean and everything seems very secure. Price is very very reasonable. Best of all, all the storage units are on the first floor.

Paul was great and very helpful when we rented our unit. A couple of weeks later we determined we needed a second unit. Paul took care of everything over the phone and it was super easy.

Transferring my storage from south Austin tomorrow to Cimarron in Georgetown. I met with the facility manager a few days ago to check it out to get info. On availability, pricing, access, etc. Paul was great——friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I have reserved a unit that is just what I need and the price incredible. I have not seen anything else to compare. I’m looking forward to have my “stuff” closer to me since moving up to Sun City in Georgetown 2 years ago! THANKS, PAUL

Just recently moved to Georgetown and found this place by accident. Paul helped me and stayed a little later to get me all set up. The storage unit was clean and Paul did a great job finding me a location near a door as I requested. I would recommend Cimarron.

If they’re fully fenced with 24 hour surveillance, tell me how our unit was broken into & all valuable items stolen? Also the lock was not even touched!! We bought the lock directly from Cimarron. The walls or ceiling inside the unit were also untouched. Inside job?! Absolutely. I would not trust this business with my personal belongings! And before you ask, yes we tried to file a claim & they required a police report & pics of all items. If you have belongings here, I advise to move them ASAP!!!
