Seems they close at 3 on Sundays eventhough lights are on and people are behind the counter. Me and others tried to get in and they just watched behind the counter. Need to change hours online and on the door if they aren't going to be open.

The staff did an amazing job piercing my daughter's ears today. Even after she had a meltdown and eloped, they offered to lock the doors then provided a stuffy to squeeze and lolipops to enjoy after. They were incredibly accommodating to her special needs and patient. I'm just very impressed by their overall professionalism. They doubled up, did both ears at once, and had a very sterile and systematic approach. Honestly, it took me 5 years to get the guts to do this, because as an ASD mama, most typical activities turn traumatic. So thank you, thank you x 1 million!!

I made an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced at the Wolf Ranch location for 4:30. We live in Leander and it’s a 20 min drive at the least. I was very disappointed when we walked up to the door to find it locked and the lights off. Online it said they were open and closed at 7 so I have no idea what’s going on at this place. I won’t be scheduling her again at any Claire’s.

I purchased hoop earrings online for $17. They were much smaller than I thought and I was worried I would damage them if I tried to put them in my ears. I decided to return them in-store, which is an option according to the back of the receipt that was included with the earrings. The salesclerk at the register said the invoice that came with the package is not a receipt, therefore I could not get a refund. The back of this invoice stated that a store credit or gift card would be given if a receipt is not presented at the time of return. But no, they don't issue store credits according to the salesclerk. So I walked away with the earrings that I can't wear. Another option is to return them by mail, but I would have to pay the postage. I decided to cut my losses and simply throw the earrings away. Either their staff is untrained, or their return policy is intentionally misleading. Terrible business model!

I wish i could have rate 0 stars in customer service. The young ladies at this location are helpless, feb 4,2023 2:30 pmMy son went in and ask for price on piercings they told him 30 to 130, depending on the earrings, but never told him where he could choose from. We were they for a good 30 minutes and finally they come to us and told usnif wanted a piercing done we said yes than she said they aren't able to do it because they had appointments which is understandable but they took walk-ins because she told us that and she was like but not anymore and no one was there for another appointments. Just a bad experience

Came in with a friend and both associates were just sitting down. No smile very unprofessional on their phones. I asked if they still do the buy 3 get 3 free one of the associates with blonde hair rudely replied "Yea". Didn't stay long after she was done ringing me up and told me the total i grab my bag told her thank you and she just rolled her eyes if i could give them 0 stars i would. Do not recommend

My 10 year old was thinking about getting a second hole in her pierced ears, I took her here and it was SUCH a wonderful experience that I ended up getting mine pierced, too! Thank you to Cynthia-- her friendliness & professionalism is the reason this was such a smooth experience, this will be our new go-to spot for accessories. I absolutely love this memory of us.

My daughter got her ears pierced here. The employee sterlized everything. The staff was helpful and nice. This is one of the cleanest claires i have been in.

This has been our go-to Claire’s for our daughters. Never had an issue until today. Might be the first review I’ve ever posted for anything. We showed up at 3:40 PM this Saturday afternoon for one of our daughters to use a gift card from Christmas, and a sign on the door said they were closed, but returning at 4:00 PM after a break. No biggie. We waited in parking lot for 20 minutes and noticed an employee go to the door for what we assumed was to take down the sign. However upon going back to entrance, the sign had been changed to 4:20 PM, still for a break. We are now waiting again. I’m not mad, but it does seem odd for a retail store to close down for a 40 minute “break” on a Saturday afternoon. Posting this just in case a manager may see it and want to address the situation. Seems some employees may just be taking advantage of some paid R&R. 6 families have come and gone. I’m sure Claire’s is fine without the business, but that’s not the point. I’m committed to the wait regardless because I have a 5-year-old who has been asking for a week to go shopping, and no other stores that I know of accept Claire’s gift cards. Again, love this particular store. Probably been here at least 5 other times with completely pleasurable experiences, but just a bit irked at today’s situation.

Ciara was awesome! Came in for some piercings and had never had my ears pierced before and she made it super quick and easy and explained the after care instructions pretty well.
