I like this Costco store. It is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate the free food samples, which allow me to try products before making a purchase. Additionally, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about electronics products.

We love Costco but the pharmacy at this location is terrible. I called in a refill on an RX on Thursday night and it said it would be ready for pick up the following day at 2pm. Asked if I wanted to accept that time or request sooner but 2pm was fine since I wasn’t going until Saturday. Get there Saturday around 3pm only to be told that it’s out of stock and won’t be ready until Monday. I ask her if they have my telephone number correct because I haven’t received text messages from them for at least a year. She confirms the number and then tells me my order won’t be in until Tuesday. I tell her I’m frustrated because that’s not what the automated indicated and no one called to let me know it’s not in stock. I ask her if they can ship and she said I can have Instacart deliver which would be great if I didn’t live 45 minutes away.
I did receive text alerts before I left the store so at least I knew that issue was fixed. Fast forward to today, Monday @ almost 5pm, 48 hours after I was in the store and I receive a text that it’s out of stock. They will text me when it’s ready to be picked up. They must not understand that these are prescriptions prescribed by a doctor that I obviously need. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this RX but this has occurred to many times for it to be a coincidence.

Best Costco in all of Texas, the staff are awesome , plenty of parking , easy access, I rather drive up to this location , then deal with any Costco near Austin

On this visit, costco had two humans at the door directing customers to have their membership card scanned by a machine. Why can't nonmembers look in the store? There were two humans at the exit checking receipts. And two humans monitoring the self checkouts. Imagine the improvement in customer service if these six humans ran cash registers or were on the floor helpingcustomersfimd products. Wow! Customer service. What a concept.
