Went up there today excited to buy a new travel trailer. Waited for 40 minutes with not even getting a “hello”. Had my pre approval ready to go so I’m off elsewhere. At least at Ron Hoover they greet you and let you know your valued and they would be with me soon. Just terrible at Crestview

On August 29th we put 50% down on a new 2025 Winnebago Porto and signed our purchase papers. We were ready willing and able to drive away with our purchase but Crestview RV wanted to make a small repair. Today is October 13th and we still have not been able to take possession of our new Winnebago Porto because the repairs are not completed! We also paid for the top of the line $6000.00 warranty for the Porto and I hope they are not using our warranty to cover the cost of these repairs!! Crestview RV is not very good at keeping us informed of the status of the repair either! Maybe one day we will be able to pick up our new Winnebago Porto now that our first payment is already
due and we have not even ever driven it off the lot!!

Terrible and disrespectful parts and service. When I call in to inquire about a part or service they leave me with the impression that I am a nuisance, and bothering them. When I visit the location they give the same impression. The only bright side is the receptionist who is welcoming and polite. But the parts and service personnel should all be replaced. We are looking to upgrade our RV, and it won’t be through Crestview, simply due to their parts and service or lack thereof.

We went over to Crestview RV in Georgetown, Texas to look at some fifth wheel trailers. Our saleman, Will was very helpful and knowledgeable on the units we looked at. Pricing seems to be coming down on RVs as well as interest rates and we thought it maybe a good time to do a trade in deal. You guys should check them out.

Could not possibly been less helpful. I just inquired about purchasing a replacement interior door trim and was told that it would be $8 for the part and $100 to ship it. Hahaha

On June 27, 2025, we dropped off our trailer for multiple repairs, including a leaking sink, peeling wallpaper, the master bedroom sliding door repeatedly coming off its tracks, and the refrigerator not cooling properly. Within a couple of weeks, my husband was contacted and told the issues would be submitted to warranty.
However, by August 7, 2025, we had received no updates. I called at 11:41 a.m. that day to request information. The representative I spoke with was polite but unsure why no one had contacted us in so long. I was told that our main point of contact was “Chance” (in this entire encounter I have not spoken to him once) and was assured that a note would be placed on our account for us to receive an update call the following week—regardless of repair progress. I emphasized at that time that we simply needed consistent communication, given how long our trailer had already been in your possession.
Unfortunately, as of today, August 30, 2025, we still had not received any follow-up. I called again and spoke with an employee named Trey, who informed me that several diagnostics had not been completed, including the roof inspection.
Our trailer has now been in their care for over two months, during which we have had no proactive communication from their team. We are making monthly payments on a trailer we cannot use, which is unacceptable.

We have nothing but good things to say about everyone that we have worked with at this location. Trey, Gina and Brandi are top notch! We thank them for everything they have done for us .

Poor Service, Poor Communication – Found Better Just Up the Street
We brought our Class A RV to Crestview RV in Georgetown for roof repairs, radio and window issues, and most importantly—to have it properly winterized before freezing weather.
After paying for both winterization and later de-winterization, we picked it up only to find more problems than when we dropped it off:
A cracked black tank in the second bathroom (not present before)
A hissing propane leak after they filled the tank
A radio still malfunctioning despite being marked “fixed”
A hot water heater button that no longer turns on (never an issue before)
Panels left unsecured until we pointed them out
We even called ahead to schedule our pickup for May 6th due to incoming guests, but when we arrived, no one was prepared, no managers were available, and our service advisor was off without leaving any notes. The invoice wasn’t even complete.
When we raised concerns, Operations Manager Dusty deflected responsibility, suggesting the black tank may have cracked due to freezing after pickup—even though the RV was in their care for weeks and we were never advised of precautions to take during freezing temps. The propane fill service, we were told, doesn’t include a leak check—so we were sent home with a potential safety hazard we had to discover ourselves.
UPDATE: We took our RV to Auer’s RV Service Center just up the street, and they completely fixed our black tank without removing it, repaired all our windows without replacing them, fixed our propane tank leak, and even repainted under the windows where I had scratched the paint trying to remove tape. They did all of this for less than Crestview’s quote just to “replace the tank”—and with better communication and professionalism from start to finish.
Bottom line: If you want clear communication, quality repairs, and fair pricing, look elsewhere. Auer’s RV Service Center is a far better choice and is only minutes away.

The service guy was friendly and accommodating trying to help me with an oil change for my RV on a friday. Then came the price, almost $350 for a basic gas c class. No thanks. Drove on and got it done down the road with high grade oil for less than half the price in 20 mins.

By far the worst customer service of any business I have ever delt with. I purchased a brand new Travel Trailer, speced it out with all the extras, and it was a nightmare through the entire process. They act like it kills them to help.

We started looking at campers and this was the first place we went. Billy was the best! He was patient and kind as he explained the difference between kinds of campers as well as the layouts. When you visit, be sure to ask for Billy. He is the best the have!

The lot of RV were nice and some were gorgeous. The people was nice. Too bad they don't make it affordable for anyone for low medium income people. They wanted almost $5000 to $6000 down and that is with good to great credit. That is ridiculous. I know cost of living has gone up but a lot of us cannot afford that kind of money since our income has stay the same with minimum wages so low.
Very disappointed!!!
