This is the worse cricket I ever been to I came in there to pay my phone bill and a girl asked me if I speak Spanish and I said no I am Native American and I don’t speak Spanish and there was another girl she was short and look like a Midget was being rude to me and ask me why I don’t speak Spanish I am Native American not Hispanic this situation made me feel uncomfortable and I AM NEVER COMING here again like seriously who hired these people I am going to switch to Verizon wireless where I used to get good customer service main reason why I switched because Verizon wireless was to expensive if I have to switch to another phone company that I can get good customer service and not been disrespected I will this is unacceptable I am very furious right now

This store gave me very poor customer service.I came in to get a line and asked upfront how much it cost.I paid and had the line activated, only to discover they gave me an esim instead of a physical sim, and charged me for it.I wanted a physical sim card so I could change my device when needed. They didn’t inform me they were using an esim. Well, a physical sim card costar a second charge for the same numberThe lady was very rude and said I should pay a second time for the physical sim or leave the store!How do your say that to a customer? They didn’t refund the first esim charge either.

We were having an issue with an older phone and the sales person was very helpful. We had researched and knew what replacement phone we wanted. They helped get it set up and files, etc. transferred over. For an older person, that was extremely helpful!

I went to this cricket store because I needed help activating a phone I bought somewhere else. Raquel & Erika were more than happy to help. They even walked me through the process of purchasing more iCloud storage so I could obtain the contacts and photos off my old device! They are absolutely awesome at this store! They truly go above and beyond to help their clientele and it definitely shows! These girls deserve recognition for their hard work & positive attitude! I recommend this store in Georgetown 100%
