I had leveraged the photo services and took 4 copies. The photos are blurred and when I asked with the Customer service agent, she mentioned that system said they are ok. The passport office has currently rejected my photos and I had to retake and reship them

Faro the pharmacist has complete disregard for human life, dangerous! closed the register before pharmacy closing time (6pm) preventing me from getting my medication my life depends on. I pleaded and still refused. Somebody fix this immediately .

Was going to buy a couple items here, but after stopping at the restroom first, I will never give any of my $$$ to this place.
If they care this little for their public restroom, how can customers expect anything different in the rest of the store?
No hand soap. The toilet paper roll sitting on the disgusting floor. Toilet, walls, sink have obviously not been cleaned any time recently.
Just nasty. I hope this review gets back to the staff, who should be embarrassed that this is how they represent themselves to the public.

Hello! I wanted to say thank you to the very nice gentleman at the pharmacy. I have a baby rat that is so small it is very hard to feed him with any size kitten nipple. I went to 3 different stores to try and find something that would work. I decided I would go to this cvs and I was very worried I wouldn’t be able to find a syringe small enough to feed. However through all the worry I went to the pharmacy and met the guy at the register and he help me free of charge. Im sorry I don’t know his name. I’m forever grateful to you and I’m sure Ting-Ting is too. I can tell you are a very nice person with a good heart.

Worst Pharmacy in georgetown. They completely cancelled my order while I'm sick claiming that all the medicines and immunity boosters were out of stock. Oh and I allowed substitutions and apparently those were out of stock too.
Edited to address the response: I filled out that survey the day this all happened and never got a response. So that really goes to show how little they actually care about customers with medical needs.

Terrible attitude from employees.
Went for children’s medicine that their website said was in stock. Couldn’t find it - had my 3 year old losing patience with me so I asked. The employee directed me to the infants version and when I asked her to clarify that I needed the children’s, not infants, she said that was all they had and she walked away. No help. So I ordered it from their website for pickup and then of course they found it. No apology, nothing.
Then as im leaving the other employee gives folks attitude for wanting to get passport pictures on a Sunday afternoon. Come on folks, customer support and service. This is why I prefer Gus’ drugs - always friendly and always helpful.

I love my CVS pharmacy in Georgetown, I've used it over 10 years and will continue to use this pharmacy, customer service is outstanding and friendly staff , Great place to get your meds and any other essential you might need, so many categories to select from and your one stop , Store is always in perfect condition, very clean and professional staff, Thank you CVS for always treating me as a person..

Showed up to pickup my prescription 10 minutes before closing and was told my prescription was "put back on the shelf". I drove all the way here to pick-up my order only the 2nd day after it arrived to the pharmacy. I asked why it was put back on the shelf. They said after 14 days it gets put back on the shelf, but my order was placed this past Friday & I was told over the phone it would be ready for pick-up Monday afternoon (yesterday). Today is only Tuesday (the very next day) and I wasted 30 minutes driving here to pick up my prescription. Apparently no other cvs carries my prescription so I can't even make an extra drive to still get my prescriptions by tonight. They also said something about having to pay a copay for my prescriptions, but I had already verified that they were totally covered by insurance 2 separate times, $0 copay, as per usual with my prescriptions. What the hell are these people talking about?? They had no answer as to why they put it back on the shelf 1 day after receiving my prescription. The best excuse they had was "I don't know". They couldn't even bother to make up for my inconvenience that they caused me by simply putting it back in a brown bag and checking me out after discovering their mistake. Their excuse then was that they were now closed. Well, instead of arguing with me about their mistake and how much they do not care, they could have spent that 10 minutes fixing their mistake and bagging it back up for me. These people are sub par. Not shocked at all though, I was wary of the low ratings & bad reviews from the pharmacy here & now I know exactly why! I will be looking for another pharmacy, at least I don't have to deal with this crap anymore!

scammers. constantly get communication my Rx is ready only to have them "not yet ready"when I go in. Then, increase copay by 70 dollars and have no record of correct insurance information. Not a single person was helpful nor would they correct the information. rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. use WALGREENS!
