Horrible. Been with them for decades but I’ve happily switched to HEB Pharmacy. Cannot even speak to an actual human when you call. They post incorrect hours of operation, (on this app!)causing a very sick person to drive around town needlessly, only to have to go back out the next day, thus delaying the medication treatment by a valuable day. I am so over these folks!

If you need to speak with someone don't bother calling. I was on hold for 30min and never got a person. I'm glad it wasn't an emergency.

Yesterday at CVS to pick up my medicine, the worker at the counter said I did something to her in the past that I did not remember. I was humiliated. I did not remember the incident. She did not explain further. She rolled her eyes at me. This caused me great stress, and anxiety while trying to pay for my item. It still feels terrible to be told this, when I have no memory of it.

Completely unhelpful and condescending. Told me I was being inappropriate when asking what alternative medications were in stock after waiting for my medication to "Never be refilled" due to being "out of stock". Of course Drs are looking for help on where/what to refill this too.

Very unprofessional to hear the pharmacist and staff member chat about people who are skeptical in Covid and the vaccine in a degrading way. I will not be using CVS for any prescriptions from here on out. I will find another pharmacy that treats everyone with respect and understanding.

Their hours are ridiculous and you have to plan your schedule around them. Staff is incompetent!
