Went to check out our items at the front register on 6/10/25 early afternoon. My wife asked the tall slender female with long dark hair standing behind the self checkout registers, “is the register open?”, as nobody was there. She reluctantly said, “yes” so we placed our items at the counter. After about a minute, she stopped what she was doing and rang up the items. When done, we took our bag and left without a thank you. This clerk surely hates her job and would prefer customers to use the self checkout so that she could avoid personal service to customers. As senior citizens, this will be our last visit to this CVS and will go to Walgreens down the street.

I was going to give this place 2 stars but Jennifer turned our experience around. During a moment of forgetfulness with a VERY sick child, I forgot some paperwork for the minute clinic I needed printed. I went up to the photo counter asking if there was any way I could pay for it to be printed. Julia stated I could probably go online and place an order, it would take 5-10 minutes. I thanked her and casually let her know it was somewhat urgent as the minute clinic was rushing to have it. She basically did not care.
After submitting the order I patiently waited for her to receive it and print. After 5-10 minutes she straight up walked out the door with her purse without simply handing me off to another employee to let them know I was waiting right there at the counter. I was honestly shocked. As someone who has many years of customer service and management experience, I was just blown away that an employee would walk out with a customer waiting.
Thankfully, after speaking with Jennifer, she quickly prioritized me and got me taken care of. She pulled up my order and got it printed. She then waited there for it to print and checked me out quickly. Not only that but she gave my daughter a cute little bag. I am grateful for her customer service and professionalism. She also helped me look for some vomit bags when I was done at the clinic as again my daughter was very sick. When I went to check out Julia was back and did not even acknowledge me as I walked up to the counter. I then decided to use the self checkout instead as I was clearly not being helped.

Victoria, the MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, was wonderful! I got my TB blood test done quickly with no issues.

Pharmacy worse service ever went to ask personally if they had xofluza so I could transfer my kids prescription to them. She literally said no we don't. Me and my friend compared times and hour after me she went and got her son xofluza at the same location that didn't have it an hour before. Wow just wow

All of my annual vaccines 💉 have been from here for the set 5 years and after preregistering, I never wait. I appreciate the cashier directing me(on my phone) where to find my CVS coupons. Even though the shelves were not fully stocked for the BOGO items, I was offered a discounted price. There were enough staff readily available to answer all my questions.

The Pharmacy here is terrible. You cannot call in and check the status of a prescription. All you get is the automated attendant that doesn't work properly and cannot actually answer any questions. You're left with leaving a message and hoping someone calls you back in a timely manner when you're trying to find out if the place even has the prescription. Totally unsatisfactory service.

I'm disappointed with the service I received at my new pharmacy. When I asked a question, the pharmacist didn't even greet me. She was rude and repetitive, asking the same question multiple times.
To make matters worse, she told me l'd have to call the pharmacy to remind them to refill my medication, despite having all my records on file.
It's frustrating when customer service falls short. If someone is & ppy in their job, perhaps they should consider a change.

I came last week and I was honestly 10 mins late (they were running 30 minutes behind that day and didn't notice I was late until they saw my check in time when they came to get me) so I kind of understand being told to make a new app so I had to take time off work to come back today. I waited 55 mins past my app time and no one even came out to say anything. I feel like they were just hoping people would leave…

Minute Clinic Poor Scheduling. -waited 45 minutes after appointment time. Test took 30 seconds it was proceeded by and followed by 5 minutes of interaction with the computer. Customer service is not a priority with CVS minute clinic.

Gabriela is rude! Customer service is everything and she basically took over my self checkout purchase and kept telling me that I needed to push credit and when I didn’t she took it upon herself to do it…which all I needed to do was bypass pin. I felt rushed as the customer.

Cameron was very polite and attentive to my needs/request. She was very helpful. It was nice to speak with someone who really cared! Thanks Cameron, I was able to email my vaccination record from the CVS website.

No cashiers ever, only an employee telling you to use self checkout. Zero customer service, we are done with the Georgetown location.
