I just recently took my car to Carlos at Dent Kingdom and am incredibly satisfied with the results and the quality of service! I had a dent on the side of my car and multiple scrapes, Carlos and his team made it look good as new. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely come back if I ever need more work done!

I Wanted to get 2 annoying dents out of My recently purchased vehicle, at the same time I didn't want to spend stacks of money to fix these small imperfections, since it was out of pocket and without insurance involvement(all cosmetic), Called Dentkidom just to see how much would it cost, but the amount of professionalism that I witnessed from this business is incomparable to any other place of this category, the fact that they went to any extent to make sure I was satisfied, even as far as giving me a free ride home because I ended up asking them to keep my car to work on it over the night (not initiallyplanned), and the fact that I didn't need no appointments and I got my car back in less than 24 hours looking better than the day it was made in the factory, mind you I got some dents I didn't even notice but he showed them to ke and fixed & buffed all of those for me while we were talking about the spots I needed repair for, I haven't witnessed a sweet service similar to that in a long time here in Texas, so I absolutely recommend this place, man they even identified and fixed up the dealership Booboos without charging me a time extra, and on top of it he barely even charged me for the repair (and paint, yes hard to believe), super satisfied, will absolutely go back if I need any similar service.I recommend anyone to talk to Carlos the owner and his wonderful crew, a sweet business man that gained my trust with his amazing work, thanks again and see you soon 😊

This business is excellent! First and foremost the owner of the business is the nicest and most trustworthy person I have ever met that owns a business. His willingness to help you and make sure you’re happy is his main focus.. from start to finish I had a great experience. I needed to get a head lamp fixed and repaired and they made sure to get it fixed in a timely manner. If you’re vehicle has hail damage or needs any collision repair this is the shop you need to be at! I highly recommend using DENTKINGDOM. I will be sending more business their way in the future for sure. Also if I ever need any more repairs I will be sure to contact them first. Great experience and great service.. this company is top tier!

The best experience I’ve had with a repair shop,
He is very knowledgeable and even when I was going to get a Uber ride back to pflugerville while he repaired the shop, he even took me back since he was going there anyways
He usually had a loaner car to use as well when your car is getting fixed, and even washed And returned my car to Pflugerville and did a great job on fixing my bumper and even popped out a dent I didn’t notice
He later gave me the best quote on painting a car 400 for 3 places on the car, will definitely go back to get my car painted

I have absolutely NOTHING but good things to say. These guys go above and beyond! Carlos (the owner I believe) is fantastic. They helped me out in a pinch and were even finished before the estimated time frame. He and a couple of his guys even came to help me out one weekend!

My car looks great! Thank you, Carlos and team. My car has tons of hail damage, and needed a new hood on top of all the random dents. Carlos found even more damage than the initial insurance estimate and worked with the insurance company to get it covered. When I got the car back, it had been totally cleaned inside and out. I have a large dog who is regularly in the car and the hair gets everywhere. The hair is gone, every surface was shining, including where I had been unable to clean off all the slobber. The place is a little harder to get to right now, but was worth it

UPDATE: Dent Kingdom went out of their way to gain back their excellent reputation and quickly replaced the missing parts with brand new ones at no cost to us. They also threw in a gift to make it up to us. We really appreciate how they went above and beyond to make things right! Thank you! The van looks like new again!!!!☺️ORIGINAL:We were promised my hail-damaged brand new Kia carnival to be fixed up within a month. Unfortunately, even though the car dealership strikes didn’t affect Kia, we didn’t receive it back until 7 weeks with communication only when we checked in and sometimes delayed days. It was really inconvenient to wait because we really needed our car back, as you can imagine. Once we finally got it back, the dents look fine now but two pieces from my car sides flew off! One of them in a car wash and we had to go back to get it!!! The other flew off and we never saw it again!!!! Both need to be replaced. So far they’ve offered to replace them and pay for the replacement (as they should!) but it’s frustrating to still be waiting on them to finish the job correctly??. Once I receive the replacement pieces I will update my review and add back some stars.

Very dissatisfied - try Austin Detailing or American EliteI paid $7,706.75 for major headaches…I’m very dissatisfied with their work. They seem nice upfront, but the team was very tough to deal with. They said my car would be ready in one week and promised there would be a loaner vehicle available.My car took 3 weeks and I never got the loaner vehicle. I ended up having to get a rental car. Once the work was done, they nickel and dimed me on everything.Some things they didn’t even complete on the car. I went for hail damage repair and there is still a spot of damage on the car - they denied it was hail damage so they could avoid fixing it.I also question the quality of work, because they touch the car randomly and don’t seem very gentle with the paint.At the end, they offered to pick me up (which was nice) but then changed their mind after I told them I wasn’t satisfied with their service.Stay away from these guys. Seems like few were satisfied, but I was not!! There are many quality shops in the area. Avoid the headache and go to American Elite or Austin Detailing. They were my first options but were too backed up.
