Not sure who is managing this location but it has really fallen off. What is the point of making an appointment if they don’t look for it or can’t see it? Had a 8:15 am appointment, show up at 7:55 and there are 20 people in line. They call for the 8:30 appointments but not mine. I immediately knew there was an issue. I tried to tell the gentlemen working the appointments and he basically ignored me and told me to get in the long line. I waited till 8:30 and took my business elsewhere.

Experienced great assistance and service at this location. After finding out that one of my rims was bend, they went over and above to assist with the cost of replacement rims and tires. Abelardo Gomez made sure that I was happy with the rims and even installed one on my vehicle so I was able to see what they would look like on my car. Terry showed me different options on the computer until I was happy with my choice. Thank you for going over and above to assist your customers.

Abelardo Gomez was an absolute life saver! I had a nail in my sidewall non repairable and went above and beyond to assist me get back on the road with the funds I had available. Amazing customer service and genuinely helpful and not just there for a paycheck. Great service.

I ordered the tires, made the appointment, and paid online. Just before my appointment, they called me to say that they did not have all of the tires I ordered. It was a mess up on their part somehow. They asked if I would like to take an available upgrade with no extra charge. Well, heck yes I would!
I recommend Discount Tire! The wait time was excellent, under 45 minutes, and there is a nice lounge to sit in and free wifi. I am happy with the pricing as well. They check your tires for free, if needed. Balance and rotate for free if you buy the tires from them.

Just so you know, if you have an appointment you will wait in line with all those that don’t have an appointment. I asked the person at the counter what is the point of having a reservation and was told faster service. In the reservation portal they ask you if you will wait or drop off. I always drop off and that is what was selected. So it turns out the appointment portal is really for Discount Tires convenience and not for the customers. I have been a loyal customer but you are losing me.

Came in to get 4 tires for my dually cause 2 of them were still pretty good in the green indicator but as they were switching tires around they took the better of the tires of rim and said there was a patch job and they wouldn’t put it back on so they pro rated that one tire then it was like well I can’t just have 5 new tires so ended up getting 6 cost an extra 400 unnecessary dollars very disappointed in there efforts

Made an appointment for 1230 didn't even get to check in until after 1300. Guy in front of us had an appointment for 1200. There went two hours of PTO thank you discount tire.

Very happy with the professionalism and willingness to help the customer, as well as the value. Ended up getting four new wheels and four new tires for less than what the dealer was going to charge for 2 new wheels and tires. Unfortunately one of the wheels came out of the box flawed and the staff let me know they would replace it, as soon as a new one came in. Unfortunately I needed to get on the road for a planned trip, which I was still able to do. The technician called a store in the location to which I was traveling and coordinated the work to be done to ensure I had the one slightly flawed wheel replaced. This helped me keep my schedule and saved me precious time with my family. Thank you Discount/America's Tire!

There has to be a better way. Had a slow leak an attire. Is got there at three o'clock. Waited forty five minutes online. The gentleman took care of me. Told me to come on back around five o'clock. Got there at four forty five and waited in line for another half hour. Then he told me to be another hour and a half. This is not good.Why would I buy a tire there and have the insurance?When it takes me four hours to get it rectified i'm better off elsewhere.
