Worst store I've ever been to the lady at the counter was entirely too rude, exaggerating everything with no ability for conflict resolution definitely need some better help up in there. Dee needs some training and help reading clocks

Poor Customer Experience at Dollar General
I visited my local Dollar General on Saturday and had a frustrating experience. I tried to make multiple purchases using my phone number for the $5 off $25 promotion, but the store manager refused to allow it, citing that this was my second transaction for the promotion.
What made the situation worse was that I had made one purchase using my mom’s phone number since she was homesick, and I planned to use my own phone number for my second transaction. The manager’s refusal to allow this, without offering any explanation or flexibility, felt unhelpful and dismissive.
While I understand there may be policies in place, it felt overly restrictive, especially since other stores allow customers to use their phone numbers for multiple transactions. As a loyal customer, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope Dollar General reevaluates its policies to provide a better shopping experience for all customers, particularly those trying to help out loved ones or take advantage of store promotions.

The store is very full and has everything. It is in a very good location, but the cashier is very rude. It would be very uncomfortable for buyers. The cashier's name is Marianne. Everything is fine except for her.

I went to this store to buy some things for my house, I could not find what I needed so I asked one of the workers where I could find what I needed. Irma, the worker I asked was very rude and seemed like she did not want to help me, so I will not be coming back to this store.

Marcaya forgive me if I misspelled. Did an amazing job dealing with more than 10 customers by herself even after calling out on her radio and asking for help at which point the other woman went out for a smoke break, this happened today and I was very upset with Marcayas coworker for not helping then coming in with attitude towards Marcaya. Pls get this worker some help...

I have to say, I'm so glad I stumbled into this market.I have an 87 year old mom to take care of and going and coming to HEB (in whatever iteration it is in) or paying a fortune to resupply at neighboring gas food stores left me only binary options. Now I have choices.Dollar General is a generally great option. That would be a 1.5 out of ones and zerosClean? YesSpacious? Please be polite working around others in the narrow aisleOrganized? Food is near other foods. Cokes on same aisle. Aspirin is next to Tylenol. Cleaning supplies are near other....you get itReally nice folks here. Self checkout is available and never crowded.

I have always had a good experience with my online orders for in-store pick-up. However lately my orders have been missing items o there is a problem with their system and they say they have never received my order even though I have a confirmation number and have been charged for the order. This is discouraging. When the manager is there there never seems to be a problem.
