We purchased a vehicle on the 19th at Don Hewlett. This purchase is like the 6th or 7th vehicle we have gotten. As always Luis S and Carlos had the vehicles we were interested and ready for test drive. Never complaining about weather. Once we picked vehicle Noemi Armenta in finance finished the deal. They always make sure if any issues with new or used vehicles we are satisfied and answer all our concerns and questions are answered. Definitely go back again and will recommend to friends.

Jeff did a good job assuring me this was a “transparent dealership.”I am not impressed. I have a warranty, which covered all repairs. I was offered $2,000 more in services that were recommended, I declined.They charged me $109 for “MISC” fees to cover cleaning supplies such as “towels for wiping up the floor” when completing repairs, as not so confidently explained by Jeff. I asked if the fees could be waived and was told that would be up to the owner. I asked Jeff how we get permission to wave the fees, Uhe replied “oh I just have to ask him.”Once the vehicle was ready for pick up, I followed up with Jeff and my request to the owner to waive the “MISC” fees and was told “Nope, he said ain’t going to waive the fee. He said he don’t waive them for his employees, so he ain’t waiving them for anybody else.”I can’t imagine an owner comparing paying customers to employees.DO NOT do business here if you don’t want to pay “MISC” fees that the owner is not willing to waive for customers/employees.Thanks Jeff.

Very satisfied with the service received. I just purchased a new high country and needed some accessories installed and the team did an excellent job in doing just that. Also love the complimentary free wash I received. Only wish they had a better waiting area with better amenities. But not going to deduct any star for that as I know that will eventually come.

Do not get your vehicle serviced here. Had my windows replaced back in Oct only to find out water was leaking through because they were not aligned correctly. Made me do a water test to verify, then had to take the vehicle to another dealership to get done correctly. Now Don Hewlett will not pay me back for going to another dealership nor will the reimbursement me for the low quality work they originally performed

Worst experience ever at this service department location. First off, after several days of waiting for them to get back with me, I was told the work that needed to be done was not covered through my warranty holder, I asked were they sure, and my service tech said I can call them again, wich made me feel like he didn't even call them a first time. Finally a day later after being told they will get back to me right away, I was told once again that the work that need to be done was not covered through my warranty, I could not afford to pay full price for the work that needed to be done. So i decided to call my warranty myself and come to find out, the work that needed to be done was indeed! Covered through warranty! They just needed to send pictures of the issue, wich took a few days for the service tech to send to them, after several days of no call back from service tech, i decided to call my warranty once again to find out the warranty work was approved 2 days ago, so i finally got in touch with my service tech to let him know it was approved and he was like ok we will take care of it now. After several more days i was told my vehicle was ready, when i picked it up i decided to take a look under the hood, to find out a part was not bolted down and missing a lug nut to hold it properly, 2 of my battery covers were missing as well and the bracket to hold my car battery was missing as well. They did find 2 of the 3 items that were missing several days later. And i had to install them myself after paying for a new battery and labor.

Sales - Keith PotashI cannot say enough good things about our experience with Keith. Obviously great at what he does, but more importantly cares for his client's needs and overall experience. Very knowledgeable, helped guide my buying decisions by being thorough and detailed. Keith would double and triple check my order to ensure everything was delivered as expected. Great with communication, follow up, and allowing me to contact him anytime with questions/concerns via phone or email. Lastly, the truck was delivered earlier than expected. Just in time or Christmas! :-)Finance - Noemi ArmentaThis part of the process for me was very calculated in advance, so I just want to thank Noemi for being very patient and helpful. She executed the plan seamlessly. Noemi did not pressure us to purchase additional warranties or coverages, however she took the time out to explain the features and benefits of each plan to ensure we would be able to make the best decision for our family.We had such an EXCELLENT overall feeling when we left the dealership! The salesman we worked with, Sean, was extremely helpful from the minute we stepped on the lot. We had a few certain models in mind and Sean was great with helping gear us towards what would be best for our needs without pushing us towards anything unnecessary and still staying within what our original plans were. We felt like we engaged in a honest negotiation with Sean and were happy to reach an agreement once it was all said and done. Abraham in finance was also very helpful and answered all of our many questions which was extremely important as we were first-time car buyers. All-in-all it was a positive experience and certainly felt taken care of during what could have been a daunting process for us.

Alexis was great from start to finish!! She was so patient with me. She answered all my questions and never gave up on helping me to get the perfect car that I needed. She stayed positive at all times, I know she was tired it was a long day the whole time she always had a smile on her face. I loved working with Alexis thank you very much Alexis!!! Jeff in Financials was great we talked about my financing, kids, life overall great guy cuts straight to the point. He was great I'm so happy that I made the trip to Georgetown to meet all the great people I spoke to at Don Hewlett Chevrolet!! Thank you Crystal Dominguez!!

The mechanic didn't install all of the Wheel Locking Lug Nuts after he replaced the brakes.Update another bad experience with money this time. Related to money wise this time.Cedric Adams my service advisor he did a good job replacing my tires. After that they found another issue that made them take my car to another department to cake care of. That was the reason they kept my car another couple of days,finally In Nov 2, I went to pick up my car. My other service advisor Paul Conrad took me to the cashier to take care of the 2 separate invoices . She gave me the price and a document to sign, I tried to go over the document before I signed and she asked me very rudely to read it later on. I was the only customer there, she was not in any pressure to help anyone else. She rushed me to sign and didn't even give me a copy of the papers I signed. I gave her the amount she asked for in cash, and she gave me my change. I left, next day morning she called me very politely (angel Karen) ? and said theirs $1000 missing and needs me to take care of it over the phone. But I told her I had paid her cash, and I have to talk to a supervisor or the owner to discuss this matter after going over the cameras before I take any action. This matter must be escalated to higher level like supervisor or owners. After that my service advisor ( Paul Conrad ) called me to tell me that he is positive that mistake was happened with me. He refused to escalate the matter to a supervisor, or check the camera. This mistake could of been done with anybody else. I don't mind to take care of it but I need the evidence that shows this happened with me. After that Joe from sales department called and I explained the situation, he said he will check the cameras and get back to me. Wait for the customer service to come and try to normalize this matter and cover their employees and team mistakes instead of investing the actual situation, before ocussing the customer. This has happened also in a previous visit, when they normalized a mistake with angel Chad, after the mechanics forgot to put a lock nut on my tires after replacing my brakes. I hope they take the right action to fix their customer service. And investigate customers mistakes on the ground. They are very polite on the phone but do the opposite once there. Everyone blaming everyone for their mistakes, covering each other's mistakes, even when customer service reply for any review, they only take in consideration their employees.

I had an amazing first time purchasing experience here, I got paired up with Phillip Davis, who did an amazing job finding me just what I was looking for in a car, for a very good price. The financing team did an amazing job with getting me approved for a loan, with an extremely low APR given my age and as a first time buyer. The payment even ended up coming out lower than the initial estimation.The Car is in amazing condition, and has been great to drive!All in all everyone worked hard to make sure I was well served, I would highly recommend Phillip or his colleagues at Don Hewlett for your car purchasing needs.*Naturally I had to snap some nice shots as well.*

Samantha double book and waste of my time. Got a call back said she only helps the salesman. Time is precious and I value time. Logan another salesman tried to get my business, he tried and appreciate it. Bit No, customer experience is very important. I had cash to purchase the car I wanted but I got good service somewhere else. Train your employees because your in a business or people.

Came in with an issue that could have been cause by many expensive issues. They were able to diagnose the issue in under 24 hours. The cause was a bad battery. Needless to say I was excited it was not something way more expensive. They were very honest. They were extremely professional and courteous. My assistant, Tanner was very knowledgeable and helpful. They offered a shuttle to take me home. I have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend their repair Service and Sales departments. I purchased the vehicle from them, and get it serviced by them. So far absolutely perfect experiences with the Sales and repair Service departments. I will definitely go back for any other repair issues.

Keith Potash was fantastic from start to finish! He asked some great questions to help us begin to figure out the kind of vehicle that would best suit us and our needs. He was very knowledgable about the Buick and Chevrolet lines and extended additional knowledge to us when we test drove several different models. He was able to help us compare and contrast the vehicles we test drove, pointing out the various benefits of each. He genuinely wanted to helps determine the best car for our needs. He did not try to influence our decision one way or another, which we greatly appreciated. He made the process enjoyable from start to finish. We felt confident we were in good hands, made a great decision, and look forward to our continued relationship with Keith and the great people at Don Hewlett. Well I got a lift and level and I'm not happy. Had one lug nut fall off luckily just one but had one shock but come off luckily made it home, brought it back do to way to rough ride they adjusted the "keys " , tier still hits the side when turning, horrible sound from steering column and was told to go see someone friend that might fix it
