At the risk of sounding like a commercial - Don’t bother with CarMAX, come to Driveo to sell your car! I got $2200 more for my vehicle by going to Driveo and the process was much faster than the other place. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and easy to work with.Never heard of Driveo? I hadn’t either, but I found out this location is part of Mac Haik Ford dealership preowned division, so it is legit.

After reading other reviews I got a quote from them and went for appraisal to my surprise they haven’t even looked at my car. They haven’t honored appointment or there quote. They wasted my time.

Unbelievable! Driveo really surprised me and exceeded my expectations even though I had high expectations with all the raving reviews. I got the highest offer from about 18 dealers that I went through town for two weeks. Came in, within 30 minutes I had the cheque in my hand. Jason is amazing! genuine, funny, and wonderful attitude. everything was just a joy, quick and smooth. I'm never selling my future vehicles anywhere else! only Driveo! Save the headache and hours of running around low-balling dealers or trying privately. Just go to Driveo. They really actually pay a fair price.

Driveo offered the best value compared to carmax for my car and selling it took just 30 minutes and was offered the cheque and a cab to get home. Jason was very friendly and made the process easy.

Beware of the bait and switch. They offer one price online to get you into the location and then offer another price with no supporting logic.This is also Mak Haik Ford dealership, not a separate business. Driveo feels more like a marketing scheme to get you into their door. Don't be fooled by their shady tactics!It's pretty clear the reviews here are faked/purchased.

DONT DO IT! It is your typical bait & switch. I was working with Jason who was completely unprofessional. I originally got the offer from Driveo Spring but Austin was more convenient for me. Jason originally low balled but when I sent the offer from spring he "matched it". I came in and after waiting for almost 30 minutes he finally came out. When I asked about whether I should grab my bag or not he made a joke about not trusting his mechanics to not take anything then alluded to them taking marijuana out of my bag. Note this was my work bag with my laptop and such in it and drug use jokes towards a customer are u acceptable. That should have been first red flag. He drove it around and claimed he took it to service for inspection but I watched him just drive it around the lot. Sure enough he comes back and says he can't offer the full price after he agreed to it multiple times because my Jeep has all terrain tires on it and that they would have to change them because they are too loud. Note that these Goodyear Duratracs that cost almost $4k brand new when I bought them, all terrains are very common, he admitted the tread was still good, and most importantly I sent him a picture of the tires before I showed up. When I asked why he wasted my time when I could have just taken it to spring he admitted that the Spring location was trying to get me on a bait & switch. So obviously I asked if he knew about the tires and knew that it was a bait & switch then why he didn't just give me a truthful offer. He had no reasoning for it except that he wasn't going to bring the offer back up. After arguing back and forth and asking him for the manager and him telling me he was the manager. I said ok I'll accept the offer but I am going to be truthful in the reviews because they are extremely misleading. He gets up and goes to the back then walks back, walks passed the doorway, and says "I just talked to my manager and we're gonna pass on the car all together because you said you were gonna give us a bad review"Clearly this Driveo operates based on lies and buying their reviews. Do not take you vehicle there unless you would like to deal with the same issues. Shady and unprofessional business.Not to mention, I just bought a brand new ford so I will absolutely be letting ford corporate as well as Driveo corporate know what kind of shop they are operating.

They promised to beat my Carmax offer and they did. Dusty was my contact from text to in person and the whole process when I got in took me less than an hour and a half and I walked out with a check in my hand. Sold my car and couldn’t have been easier.

Nice, easy way to get a good value for your car. No hassel of trying to sell your car out right or low trade-in prices. Took roughly an hour and it was done. Driveo team was kind and respectful of our time. Great experience.
