Bathroom remodel started the project in May of 2022 and finally finished by December of 2022. Walls installed were not straight in master. Shower floor had to be re-done after discoloration in the grout was a problem. Organizing the workers was poorly managed. Contractor would not communicate any timelines and workers would show up unexpectedly and other times the workers would not show up at all. We had to basically manage the project ourselves. Calls were not returned when questions were asked. 2 bathroom remodel where the countertops were to be the same. That did not work out and had to install different tops due to poor general contractor efforts.

Revising my earlier review that was written at a frustrating time. Eagle Home Store is very worthy of 4 stars. This project lasted many months -- including my surgery delay -- but some unexplained delays. I stand by my earlier review comment to a homeowner: get product selections in writing for your benefit and theirs. Fact is: Dan, Dixie, Dara are experienced professionals. I have beautiful painted kitchen cabinets and two beautiful remodeled bathrooms. I am pleased.

As the other bad reviews have mentioned- stay away. Project that I was told would take 6-8 weeks took 28. I had to constantly followup with them. Dan makes empty promises, giving you a quote that makes you decide to go with him, but then it ends up costing WAY over what he bid. Too many errors in project to list- they tear down walls that were not meant to be removed, paint rooms wrong color, don't order enough floor or tile causing significant delays and leaving your house an un-useable mess for months. Dixie is the only possible reason that company remains in business- Dan and Dara cannot keep anything together. I almost abandoned project many times. In the end, they get you so fed up and frustrated you pay them to go away. Do not fall for their low bids and empty promises. You will regret it. On the plus side, the cabinet maker and painter they employ do a great job. I feel bad they have to work with the contractor through. Absolutely terrible experience.

This family owned business treats you like family when you walk in the door. They worked with us and our insurance adjuster to get our carpet and flooring replaced. They worked with us to find materials that would be in stock sooner than others so that the job could move forward faster.

A project (kitchen counter renovation) they said would take 6 days; took 69. Throughout I had to continually chase down, follow-up; manage crews, purchase materials and at the end find a "handyman" to complete the project. Communication was always difficult with Eagle; because I never understood who was managing my project...Dan or Dixie or Dara. Often days would go by without any communication or work being done and then they would call me "day of" and expect I would be at home to receive/manage a contractor. Perhaps, a reasonable assumption on their part for days 1- 6; but, not for days 7 - 69! They measured/installed granite the wrong length; which lead to me having to agree to an additional cabinet. Which they did not install; instead installed shelving that does not look professionally done (more like homemade); disappointing. At the end, I just "gave up" and couldn't even speak to Dan I was so upset. I will say that their flooring crew was awesome. The flooring crew worked together very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Yes, they had to replace existing flooring after their renovation/demolition crew cut a water line in my kitchen within one hour of arriving in my home and leading to five days of water damage recovery! I understand accidents happen; and I sincerely wish I could have written a more positive review. If you hire Eagle make sure to include in your contract a penalty/discount for not finishing the project by a mutually agreed upon completion date. I had a one; which made the hassle just a little less painful in the end.

I went in today to get a price on flooring and I can't tell you how sweet Dan and his wife where. Great price and willing to work with me. This place completed all my expectations! Can't wait till they install my new floor.

Worst contractor experience I ever had. Job promised to be finished in 2 weeks turned into 2 months before I paid them to leave. Had to hire another contractor to finish. Would promise to arrive at a certain time and never show up... or only for an hour and leave..happened time and again. Vanities were constructed in a design that we had not ordered. Had to make alterations to make it work. Vanities constructed out of different wood than promised. When parting company, he offered me money not to tell what had happened, which I refused. Stay away from Eagle Home Store and the Gills.

We used Eagle for new carpet at a rental property. Dan and Dixie were so easy to work with -- the estimate was done quickly and Dixie assisted me with a quality carpet selection at a good price. Their carpet layers were professional, on time, did a great job laying the product and left the job site spotless. I would use Eagle again for our flooring needs.

I used Eagle Home Store this month for new carpet at a rental property. Their carpet layers did a fabulous job and were very organized and took great care at the jobsite leaving it spotless. Bottom line -- we are very happy with Eagle and the job they did ! Would definitely use them again.

Hillary and Dara were so easy to work with. They make you feel that they’ve known you for years. They helped me pick out flooring for my bedrooms. Went with vinyl planking. The installers were professional and had it done in one day which included moving furniture. Best decision I made was buying local.
